Wettson Sportsbook - Account request for permanent closure denied

Hello ,

I asked this sportsbook via VIP and SUPPORT email to close my account permanently. They refuse to do that and say they can only self exclude me for 30 days and after 30 each time i have to write them a mail and fill out a form. I do not want to stay connected with this sportsbook. They are forcefully keeping me with them without my consent even after pleading them over multiple emails that i want to close my account for good and want nothing to do with them.

I added money on 24/09/2026 via crypto on this sportsbook in the amount of 377.19 euros.

Via the chat they gave me a sports bonus with only one requirement written in the chat being: kindly note though that wagering requirement 5x times the total amount (deposit and bonus amount), noting about TC's or els applied.

When the bonus was activated, I saw a bar at 0 percent, and I needed to get to 100 percent to finish the requirements.

I started making bets, and the percentages kept going up, not problems or glitches.

Over the 3 days, I was placing bets with no effort, more than a lot of bets, not just a lucky 2 or 3. After my balance was around 2300 euro, I placed a withdrawal of 700 euro.

They sent me an email saying that I broke the T&C of the bonus (which they did not give or say in the chat) and I was not aware of. They stopped talking in the chat. The casino says I broke a rule that the maximum bet while a bonus is active equals the deposit amount. However, my bonus page clearly showed "Maximum stake for wager: No limit" throughout the entire wagering period.

I deposited 377 euros, and they just took all my profits after 3 days, left the deposit amount in my account, and I'm not talking about a couple of dollars.

I was supposed to be a VIP member, but now they just stole it all
