Complaint regarding the unjustified blocking of my account on Wazamba
I wish to report a dispute with the gambling platform Wazamba.
On 21 September 2025, when trying to log into my account, my usual password (both via Face ID and manual entry) was no longer recognized, even though it was correct. My account was then temporarily blocked.
I contacted live chat support, who provided me with a new password. However, this new password did not work either, and shortly afterwards my account was permanently blocked.
I then emailed support, and I received a reply stating that my account had been blocked following an administrative decision, and that I would receive an explanatory email “shortly.”
However, since 21 September 2025, I have not received any explanation or additional information. My remaining balance of €35 remains blocked, and I cannot access my account.
