Violation of payment deadlines

I won $992 with this bookmaker, made a payout of $500 on April 16th, then another $492 the next day. Their rules state that withdrawals occur within three business days, and the manager confirmed this in messages. It's been eight days, but I still haven't received anything. The manager told me to write to their official email address. I wrote to them, and they asked me to write from my registered email address, even though I do (but they can't see it). I ask you to take action and pay me as soon as possible.

Hello! I still haven't received my money and haven't received a clear response from support. It's been 11 days since the withdrawal. I'm writing to them from the email I registered with them, but they say there's no such account. Even though it's listed in my personal account. I'm attaching their email.

I registered with this account on April 12, 2026.
I deposited $100 and won a total of $762. I made a payout on April 16, 2026 (shown screenshot) of $500, which I still haven't received. They don't answer my questions clearly, asking me to email them, but they keep giving me vague, irrelevant answers. I also have $262 left in my account, which I can't deposit or withdraw. (screenshot shows that the withdrawal has been blocked.)

My payment is being delayed

I won $1,470 from this company. I submitted my first payment request for $500 and waited over seven days, even though the rules on their website state that payments take no more than three business days, as per section 6.13. I then submitted a new payment request for February 1, 2026. It's now the ninth day, and I still haven't received the money. Support says your request is being processed in order of priority and is taking no action. I've attached screenshots showing the payment creation dates and transaction history. Please take action.
