My payment is being delayed

I won $1,470 from this company. I submitted my first payment request for $500 and waited over seven days, even though the rules on their website state that payments take no more than three business days, as per section 6.13. I then submitted a new payment request for February 1, 2026. It's now the ninth day, and I still haven't received the money. Support says your request is being processed in order of priority and is taking no action. I've attached screenshots showing the payment creation dates and transaction history. Please take action.

Hello! I previously filed a complaint against this casino. They ended up paying me the minimum payment of $471 and simply stole the remaining $500 and blocked my account. Support says they're looking into your payment. As a reminder, I created the payment on February 1, 2026. I'm attaching all the screenshots of the blocking my account
