Tikal Sportsbook Delaying the withdrawal

I used USD Tether to deposit into this website.

The first withdrawal was made on 19th Sep 2026 once confirmation was given that the account had been fully verified.

On the same day, the withdrawal request I created got cancelled and the bookmaker told me to create a USDC withdrawal request (Even though the deposit was done in USDT)

Initially I was told it would take 3-4 days to get the withdrawal. But it has been 10 days and the bookmaker is sending vague replies stating that some other background verification is going on.

There are two withdrawals pending now. One for 200 USDC and the second for about 180 USDC. I have complained that the transaction history page is not working. But no efforts have been made to solve that issue as well.
