Severely delayed withdrawal at Spinaro Casino

I'm reaching out to request your assistance with a delayed withdrawal from Spinaro Casino.
I submitted a withdrawal request on Saturday, May 24. As of today, Friday, May 30, four full business days have passed, and the funds have still not been processed, despite the casino’s stated withdrawal timeframe of 72 business hours having long expired.
I contacted the casino’s support team multiple times during the week to check on the status. Unfortunately, all I received were generic, copy-pasted responses thanking me for my patience, with no real update, no explanation, and no indication of when the withdrawal would actually be processed.
The amount of money in dispute is $637.88.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced unacceptable delays with this casino’s withdrawals, but this time is particularly frustrating as no one seems willing to take accountability or provide proper support.
I made it very clear to their support that the withdrawal must be processed today, as it is the last business day of the week, and pushing this into the next week would be entirely unjustified. But I have had no real assurances that that will happen. At this point, the casino has failed to meet its own stated obligations, and I feel I have no option but to escalate this publicly.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to intervene and assist in ensuring my withdrawal is processed immediately. I also believe the casino should be held accountable for the poor communication and repeated breaches of withdrawal timeframes.
