Complaint Against Spinaro sportsbook for Systematic Withdrawal Delays
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Spinaro Casino regarding a persistent and unacceptable pattern of withdrawal delays, in clear violation of their stated terms.
I currently have a pending withdrawal of $114, requested on July 1st, which remains unprocessed as of July 21st — despite the casino’s terms stating that withdrawals are to be processed within three business days. I have followed up multiple times, but each time I have received copied and pasted responses citing a “high volume” of withdrawals.
I have attached images of the chats I’ve had with their support agents as evidence of this repetitive and unhelpful communication.
It should also be noted that I am fully verified and have successfully withdrawn from this casino before. However, every single withdrawal I’ve made has been delayed, always with the same “high volume” excuse. On several occasions, I’ve had to file complaints here on AskGamblers just to get my withdrawals processed.
This is clearly a pattern of behavior and strongly suggests that Spinaro Casino’s actual policy is to intentionally delay withdrawals, rather than honor their own timelines. This practice is deceptive and unfair to players.
