Problem with verification

Hello,

I'm having trouble with the casino verification/contact process. I'm sending all the documents they want. I've already sent photos of my ID, a selfie, deposit confirmations, and answered a dozen questions. The verification process is taking months. Recently, they asked for a video of my crypto wallet history. I recorded it and sent it. No problem. I'm available. I want to withdraw my funds. But they haven't responded to me for 11 days. I don't know what's going on. They're cooperating and sending everything they want.

Please help me contact the casino.

Please note that we remain committed to assisting and guiding the case toward resolution, however, there has been no significant progress due to not receiving the proper documents.

Please note that whenever anything is submitted, it is forwarded to the respective teams for review. As a matter of fact, has had a reply today. Each case requires a different timeframe depending on its complexity. Furthermore, since this matter has been escalated via a formal complaint, this is the primary channel where updates are delivered—though, as you are aware, we also communicate through email and live chat. It is therefore not accurate to suggest that we do not respond, as correspondence has been consistent.

That said, to date we have not received any proof of deposits that meet the required criteria. The Troscan screenshots shared are not acceptable. What is necessary are screenshots from your friend’s crypto wallet clearly confirming the transfer of funds to your own crypto wallet in April, as the player had indicated that his cryptocurrency wallet was replenished by a friend.

We kindly urge you once again to provide the proper documentation so we can progress the case. Until such documents are received, the matter cannot be resolved.
