Withdrawal pending for 20 days
On March 19, 2025, I requested a €500 withdrawal via Bitcoin. At first, the live customer support told me that the expected processing time was a maximum of 5 business days. It has now been 20 days (13 business days), and I’m still waiting without receiving any positive sign from Rabona, despite following up with them regularly.
They keep repeating that I shouldn’t worry and that the financial department has been alerted about the delay, but every time I ask for a deadline, they systematically dodge or deflect the question, claiming they are not part of the financial department and that they don’t have the authority to give me a specific date.
This is outrageous and unacceptable, as it implies I could receive my money in the year 3000, for example…
They’ve repeatedly told me that my case is fully compliant and will be processed as soon as possible… it’s incredibly frustrating and infuriating.
