Withdrawal Cancelled and Account Closed Without Explanation
Issue Description:
Hello,
I would like to file a complaint against Rabona Casino regarding two serious issues:
My withdrawal was cancelled without any clear explanation, and
My account was later closed without prior notice or justification.
Timeline of Events:
On [October 23], I noticed that my withdrawal request had been closed without any action on my part and without receiving any explanation.
I immediately contacted Rabona’s customer support for clarification.
Current Situation:
After my last email, I never received any further reply from Rabona, despite their message stating that I could contact them again via email or live chat.
A few days later, I discovered that my account had been closed without any prior notification, explanation, or warning.
I can no longer access my account or my balance, and no communication has been provided to justify the casino’s actions.
What I Am Requesting:
I kindly ask that Rabona:
provide a clear and detailed explanation regarding the cancellation of my withdrawal and the closure of my account,
restore access to my account or release my remaining funds, and
communicate transparently about the reasons for these administrative decisions.
