Two Pending Withdrawals from a month and more withdrawals blocked
Hello. I have been trying to withdraw my money from this casino for more than a month. I have two pending withdrawals from April 3 and 4, 2026 (€470 and €480). In addition, I still have another €482 in my account balance, but I cannot request a withdrawal for it because about two weeks ago, without any reason or communication, they blocked withdrawals on my account.
After numerous complaints through live chat and also by email, and receiving no help whatsoever, I am filing this complaint so that my money can be returned to me. No one from the casino has given me any reason why they have not paid me my money or why they blocked withdrawals on my account. They have also not asked me to provide any documentation. They have no intention of paying my money.
