Rabona wont pay

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my pending withdrawal of €530 at Rabona Casino .
My withdrawal request was submitted on 03.08.25. I have attempted to withdraw €800.Since then, I have been continuously delayed and misled regarding the status of my payment.
I was assured several times by both live support and my VIP manager that my withdrawal was escalated and would be processed shortly. Most recently, I was promised in writing that the money would be in my bank account by August 6th, which has not happened.
Instead, each withdrawal attempt has been canceled again with the same generic excuse that my bank is rejecting the payment. My bank has officially confirmed that no such transaction was even attempted.
My account is fully verified, I have submitted all necessary documentation, and I have complied with all terms and conditions of Rabona.
It is extremely frustrating and disappointing to receive empty promises and excuses while my funds are being withheld.
I kindly ask Rabona to finalize this matter immediately and process my withdrawal without further delays.
It is starting to feel like these continuous withdrawal cancellations are a tactic to frustrate customers into reversing their withdrawals and playing back their funds. This practice seems highly unethical, especially after multiple written confirmations from VIP support that my withdrawal would be processed.
I hope to find a solution.
