Rabona Sportsbook is very very slow to pay out winnings, and both live chat and mail support are not helpful (and most likely AI due to the generic word-for-word identical replies).
My account is not verified, but i was told via live chat and via e-mail that verification is currently not needed (I inquired multiple times about this). I am willing to provide whatever documents are requested, but I have never received a request for anything (I also checked my spam folder to make sure I didn't overlook anything).

All requests are stuck on "pending". Terms and conditions say "3 workdays", and in an email, they said "5 workdays". Alas, my requests are still stuck on "pending".
When I contact support, I am always told everything is fine and the department is working on my withdrawal request. Responses seem automated due to their word-for-word identical phrasing. Then nothing happens.
