Rabona does not process my 140 euros withdrawal and charged me 30 euros without authorization

.On September 23, 2025, I made a deposit of €30 at Rabona using my bank card. However, shortly afterwards I detected an additional charge of €30 in my bank account with the sender “Giftcardpursu,” which I did not authorize.
Subsequently, I wagered my balance on the platform and won €140, which I requested to withdraw to the same card used for the deposit. To this date, Rabona has not processed this withdrawal nor refunded the unauthorized €30 charge, despite my attempts to contact their support.
Through this complaint I formally request that:
The unauthorized €30 charge be refunded.
The €140 withdrawal corresponding to my legitimate winnings be processed.
I will provide the necessary evidence via email upon request (screenshot of my deposit history at Rabona, screenshot of the €140 withdrawal request, screenshot of my bank statement showing the Giftcardpursu charge).
I kindly ask for AskGamblers’ intervention to resolve this issue.
