On 12 August 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request for 500 euros (as this is the maximum amount), but I have not received the money to date.
Support has only offered excuses and no solution ("We sincerely apologise for the delay. Our finance department is working on your request and will complete it as soon as possible. We kindly ask for your patience. Thank you very much!").
In total, there are about 3780 euros in the account.
