I currently have three withdrawals stuck in “Under Review” status: €10 (Revolut, 4 Aug 2025), €10 (Mastercard, 4 Aug 2025), and €500 (Mastercard, 6 Aug 2025).
Rabona’s Terms and Conditions clearly state that withdrawals should be processed within 1–3 business days. I have been waiting 10+ business days for the first two, and 7+ business days for the third. My account is fully verified; no bonuses or wagering requirements apply.
Daily live chat contacts result in the same vague answer: “It’s being processed, don’t worry.” This breach of their stated timeframe is preventing me from accessing not only €520 but also an additional €1,200 in my balance (due to their 3-withdrawal limit).
I request immediate payment and confirmation of all pending withdrawals.
