Payments pending since almost three weeks

I have been waiting for the payouts for almost three weeks (17.08.2025). The payout method was selected using the same method as for the deposits. After multiple inquiries to LiveChat, I was repeatedly put off with the assurance that everything was in progress and the money would be paid out soon.

Verification has not yet been carried out. However, according to the last chat inquiry, it is still not necessary and cannot be initiated on my part.

Unfortunately, I no longer know what to do.

Can you help me here?

Problems with payments

I am submitting a formal complaint against Rabona (operated by Rabidi N.V.), which is licensed under Curaçao.

My current account balance is approximately 163,380 NOK.

I have requested withdrawals, but:
- Each withdrawal is limited to 5,000 NOK
- Only a limited number of withdrawals can be processed at a time
- My current withdrawals have been stuck in “under review” for over 10 days

This is far beyond any reasonable processing time.

According to industry standards, withdrawals should be processed within 24–72 hours. Instead, I am receiving only generic and repetitive responses such as:
“Your funds are safe” and “We are checking your account”

No specific reason for the delay has been provided.

My account is fully verified, and I have complied with all KYC and platform requirements. There are no active bonuses or violations.

The imposed withdrawal limits combined with the ongoing delays effectively prevent me from accessing my own funds in a fair and timely manner.

This creates an unfair and potentially abusive situation where:
- The operator delays payments without justification
- Withdrawal limits are used to restrict access to funds
- No clear processing timeline is provided

I have already contacted support multiple times and requested:
- Immediate processing of my withdrawals
- A clear explanation for the delay
- Increased withdrawal limits or a manual payout

None of these requests have been addressed.

I am requesting AskGamblers to intervene and require Rabona to:

Withdrawal blocked by KYC for around 2 months

Hello AskGamblers team, I am opening this complaint against Rabona because my account verification (KYC) has been stuck for around two months, blocking a withdrawal of €2,000.Here is a summary of the situation:

My winnings come exclusively from sports betting (sportsbook).I have already provided all the requested documents (ID, proof of address, payment method).My account was previously verified, but the casino requested a re-verification. It has now been weeks since I submitted everything, and my documents are still "pending review".Every time I contact the live chat, I only receive automated answers telling me to "please wait". This excessive delay feels like intentional retention of my funds.

My 283 euros withdrawal was not processed despite repeated complaints

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved withdrawal from my RABONA account.

I requested a withdrawal of approximately €283, but the funds have still not been paid to me.

I have contacted RABONA’s customer support several times and subsequently followed their formal complaints procedure. Despite my repeated requests, I have not received a satisfactory response explaining the reason for the continued delay or confirming when my funds will be released.

I have also followed the complaints procedure described in RABONA’s Terms and Conditions, including submitting a formal complaint to their complaints department.

According to section 13.7 of RABONA’s Terms and Conditions, the complaints committee should inform the player of the outcome within 10 days, except in exceptionally complex cases. This period has elapsed without a satisfactory resolution.

Furthermore, section 13.8 refers to external dispute-resolution options if the player is not satisfied with the outcome. However, the link provided by RABONA for these external options currently leads to a 404 error page, making it impossible for me to access the procedure referred to in their own Terms and Conditions.

I am therefore requesting assistance in resolving this matter and recovering the €283 currently owed to me.

I can provide screenshots of:

* my account/withdrawal history;

* all communications with RABONA;

* my formal complaint;

On August 23 I requested a withdrawal of 2,000 PLN

I am experiencing a significant delay with my withdrawal from Rabona Casino.
On August 23, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 2,000 PLN via Ethereum. The withdrawal is still pending and has remained under verification despite the fact that more than the stated processing time has passed.
I contacted Rabona Live Chat regarding the delay. Their representative confirmed to me that they strive to process withdrawal requests within 3 business days, starting from the day after the request is made, excluding weekends.
I specifically asked whether there were any KYC, verification or account issues preventing my withdrawal from being processed. Rabona support confirmed that verification is currently not required and that, if verification becomes necessary, the Finance Department will contact me.
I also requested that my delayed withdrawal be escalated for priority processing. Support informed me that they are unable to expedite withdrawals, but confirmed that their Finance Department is already aware of my situation and is actively working on the transaction. However, they have not provided me with any specific reason for the delay or an estimated completion date.
I currently also have another withdrawal request for 2,000 PLN via Ethereum submitted on September 1, 2026. I understand that this second withdrawal is new and I am not claiming that it is currently delayed. I am mentioning it only to provide a complete and transparent picture of my pending withdrawals.
I am requesting that Rabona process my overdue 2,000 PLN withdrawal from August 23 as soon as possible and provide a clear explanation for why it has exceeded their stated processing timeframe.
I can provide screenshots showing the withdrawal status and my conversation with Rabona Live Chat confirming the 3-business-day timeframe, that verification is not currently required, and that the Finance Department is handling my withdrawal.

Rabona Sportsbook - Withheld real money balance of 2000e following arbitrary account closure

My player account at Rabona was permanently closed following a so-called "administrative decision." At the time of the closure, my real-money balance stood approximately at 2,000 €.

Since the closure, I have repeatedly contacted their support team to recover my legitimate funds. While they formally acknowledged receipt of my KYC documents in late July, they have since shifted their narrative entirely. In their latest responses, they claim that “no verification can be performed” and that “no withdrawal can be processed from a closed account, as even a manual withdrawal is disabled.”

This is completely unacceptable and legally baseless. Closing an account does not give an operator the right to misappropriate a customer's deposited funds and winnings. A technical limitation regarding the website interface cannot justify refusing a manual wire transfer for a legitimate 2,000 € balance.

I am not asking to reopen my account or continue playing; I am strictly demanding the full return of my real-money balance (2,000 €) via bank transfer.

I am requesting AskGamblers' intervention to force Rabona's management or financial department to process this payout, as their support team is currently using automated templates to stall and retain my funds wrongfully.

Delayed withdrawal despite Rabona confirming everything is in order

I am submitting a complaint regarding delayed withdrawals from Rabona.

My withdrawal requests have been pending since Sunday and have still not been approved.

I have contacted Rabona repeatedly through Live Chat, email and their Complaints department.

During this period Rabona has told me that:

– My withdrawals were “scheduled and will be processed soon.”
– The finance department was actively processing them.
– My funds would be transferred “shortly.”
– Everything on my account is “smooth and in order.”
– There is currently no verification required from me.

Despite these assurances, the withdrawals remain pending and Rabona has been unable to provide either a specific reason for the delay or a processing timeframe.

I have repeatedly asked whether anything is required from me and have now been explicitly informed that no verification is currently required.

I have screenshots and email correspondence documenting all of the above.

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to contact Rabona and request that my withdrawals are processed without further unnecessary delay and that Rabona provides a clear explanation if anything is actually preventing payment.

Withdrawal cancelled and blocked

I am filing this complaint against Rabona regarding my verified account and a withheld balance of 7,745 CHF.

March 14th: I requested a withdrawal.
May 18th: After weeks of stalling, Rabona rejected the withdrawal without any explanation.
Current Situation: Immediately after rejecting the payout, Rabona restricted my account. This effectively prevents me from requesting a new regular withdrawal or using my funds.

I have contacted the customer support and VIP managers multiple times. In the live chat, I was repeatedly lied to, and promises of a callback were never fulfilled. Recently, when asking about my money, support responded with cynical standard templates telling me to "win big" while simultaneously blocking my 7,745 CHF.
Furthermore, Rabona has now blocked my registered email address from contacting [email protected] and [email protected] (delivery failed errors). I sent a final 48-hour ultimatum via [email protected], which expired without any response.

My Demands:
I demand that Rabona either manually lifts the withdrawal restrictions so I can withdraw my 7,745 CHF, or manually processes the entire payout of 7,745 CHF

Rabona Casino - Delayed payment

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to file a complaint regarding my pending withdrawals and the excessively long verification process at Rabona.

After successfully placing bets, I accumulated winnings of approximately 600,000 HUF and requested withdrawals in three separate transactions.

Shortly after my win, my account was restricted. My betting limits were significantly reduced, and my withdrawal requests remained pending.

Approximately two weeks later, Rabona initiated a KYC verification process. Since then, I have fully cooperated and submitted every document requested, including identity documents, proof of address, bank statements, and additional documents related to my payment method.

Most recently, Rabona requested transaction history for the bank account linked to my Apple Pay account for a specific period. I provided an official bank-generated PDF statement downloaded directly from my online banking system. I have submitted this document more than once.

The main issue is that I have received contradictory information from customer support. One representative informed me that everything was in order and my verification was still under review. Another representative stated that my PDF document had been rejected. Later, I was told that this information was incorrect and that the document had not been rejected. Afterwards, I was again informed that the document had been rejected.

At the same time, the verification section of my account displays a general message stating that documents are required, but it does not specify which document is needed and provides no option to upload anything. Customer support also informed me that if no document request appears in my account, I do not need to submit any further documents.

My withdrawal requests have been pending since May 6, and I have still not received a clear explanation, a final verification result, or my withdrawals.

I have complied with every request made by Rabona and submitted all requested documentation. I am therefore asking for your assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to obtain a clear resolution.

They are just telling me to wait a little more. Really frustrating.
