I have been waiting for the payouts for almost three weeks (17.08.2025). The payout method was selected using the same method as for the deposits. After multiple inquiries to LiveChat, I was repeatedly put off with the assurance that everything was in progress and the money would be paid out soon.
Verification has not yet been carried out. However, according to the last chat inquiry, it is still not necessary and cannot be initiated on my part.
Unfortunately, I no longer know what to do.
Can you help me here?
