I submitted a withdrawal request of $184 via USDT (TRC20) on April 8, 2026. Since then, the status has remained “Under Verification” with no progress or clear explanation from the casino.
I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I only receive generic responses such as “please wait” or “your request is being processed,” without any specific timeframe or valid reason for the delay.
This situation is unacceptable, as the delay has exceeded a reasonable processing time. I have fully complied with all requirements, and there are no justified grounds to hold my funds for this long.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
