I've been waiting over 2 months for my withdrawal from Rabona. They never reply to my emails, says their inbox is full. They have not asked for any verification documents, but still have not processed my withdrawal. It says blocked withdrawals on my account but they won't give any explanation on live chat. I want my withdrawal processes immediately, this is very unreasonable and poor customer service. If I need to upload documents they can just tell me that, but they won't communicate anything. Hopefully we can resolve this asap.
