Winning bet but still unpaid after more than three weeks

I am submitting a complaint regarding a winning sports bet on QuickWin for which the €21,628.81 “Total Win” displayed by QuickWin has never been credited to my account.

What happened
QuickWin itself displays Bet #5300051326 in the “Won” section of my betting history and marks it with the green “WON” label.
The bet details displayed by QuickWin show a Total Win of €21,628.81.
The final selection of the multiple was FC Barcelona against Athletic Bilbao on 27 August. QuickWin shows this selection as successful and “Settled by Early Payout.”
Despite QuickWin having settled the entire multiple as WON, the €21,628.81 Total Win was never credited to my account.
I have attached screenshots taken on 28 August 2026 at approximately 00:14, shortly after the final event. These screenshots are taken directly from my QuickWin account and show:

the €21,628.81 Total Win;
and my QuickWin account balance of €8,109.58.
This is therefore not a dispute about whether the bet was won. QuickWin itself has already settled and displays the bet as WON. The problem is that the corresponding €21,628.81 Total Win has never been credited.
My attempts to resolve the issue with QuickWin
Since the winnings failed to appear in my account, I have repeatedly contacted QuickWin in an attempt to resolve the issue.
Despite these contacts, the €21,628.81 remained missing and I received no resolution.
Eventually, on Monday, 14 September 2026, QuickWin registered the matter under support request #56286919.
QuickWin sent me the following confirmation:
“Your request (56286919) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.”
However, the opening of this support request did not result in payment or any meaningful progress.
After request #56286919 was opened, I made several further attempts to obtain a resolution through different QuickWin support channels.
I contacted the so-called “VIP Team QuickWin” regarding the outstanding €21,628.81. My subsequent attempts to contact them remained unanswered.
I also contacted QuickWin repeatedly through Live Chat.
Through Live Chat, I was assured that I would receive a response regarding my case immediately/shortly. Despite those assurances, no promised substantive response followed and communication again went silent.
I have therefore tried to resolve this through QuickWin Customer Support, the VIP Team and Live Chat, without success.
Current situation
As of 18 September 2026, more than three weeks have passed since the final event on 27 August.
The situation is now:
QuickWin itself displays Bet #5300051326 as WON;
QuickWin itself displays a Total Win of €21,628.81;
the €21,628.81 has never been credited to my account;
the issue has existed since 27 August;
QuickWin eventually registered support request #56286919 on 14 September;
subsequent attempts to obtain assistance from the VIP Team QuickWin have remained unanswered;
Live Chat assured me that I would receive a response, but the promised response did not follow;
more than three weeks later, the €21,628.81 is still missing.
I have also formally requested that QuickWin urgently escalate the matter to the relevant Sportsbook/Payments department.
After more than three weeks, repeated contacts and repeated assurances that the matter would be handled, I am no longer willing to accept another generic statement that my case is “being reviewed.”

screenshots directly from my QuickWin account showing Bet #5300051326 in the Won section;
QuickWin's green WON status;
the €884.00 Total Stake and €21,628.81 Total Win;
the winning selections, including the final FC Barcelona – Athletic Bilbao selection;
my QuickWin account balance of €8,109.58 after the bet had been settled;
QuickWin's confirmation of support request #56286919, dated 14 September 2026;
my subsequent attempts to obtain assistance from QuickWin Customer Support and the VIP Team;
my contacts with QuickWin Live Chat, including assurances that I would receive a response, after which no substantive response followed.
The attached screenshots therefore allow the essential facts of this complaint to be verified directly from QuickWin's own records.
What I am requesting
I am asking AskGamblers to assist in having QuickWin immediately credit the €21,628.81 Total Win that QuickWin itself displays for Bet #5300051326 to my account.
The bet has already been settled by QuickWin as WON. More than three weeks have passed since the final event, and I have made repeated attempts to resolve this matter through QuickWin's Customer Support, VIP Team and Live Chat.
At this stage, I am not requesting another review, another generic explanation or another promise that the matter is being handled. I am requesting payment of the €21,628.81 Total Win that QuickWin itself has already confirmed as won.
After more than three weeks without payment, despite QuickWin's own WON status and my repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly, I am asking AskGamblers to intervene and help ensure that the €21,628.81 is credited without any further delay.
I will immediately update this complaint once the €21,628.81 has been credited to my account.
