Unjustified account closure and 8 day delay of withdrawal after verification

I am submitting this complaint against QuickWin Casino due to an unjustified account restriction and the withholding of my funds for over a week.
The details of my case are as follows:
Withdrawal Request: I initiated a withdrawal of 47,618 HUF on April 8, 2026. I received an automated confirmation email shortly after, stating that my request would be processed by the Financial Department.
Account Status: My account was previously fully verified (KYC completed). However, shortly after the withdrawal request, my account was restricted. When I try to log in, I receive the error message: "Account verification is in progress".
Communication: I contacted support on April 14th to inquire why my withdrawal had not been processed after 6 days. I received only a generic template response on April 15th, stating the matter was forwarded to the "relevant department."
Current Situation: It has now been 8 days since my withdrawal request. I gave the casino a 48-hour ultimatum to resolve this, which expired today at 7:00 PM (EEST), but I have received no update, and my funds remain inaccessible.
I believe the casino is intentionally delaying the payout of my legitimate winnings. I have provided all necessary documentation in the past and have not violated any terms.
My Goal:
I am requesting the immediate restoration of my account access and the approval of my 47,618 HUF withdrawal.
I have attached screenshots of the original withdrawal request (dated April 8) and my correspondence with the casino. Thank you for your help.
