Voided winning bets without valid reason

Hello Askgamblers.

My name is Emil Pettersson and my email is emilpe­tte­rss­on4­04@­hot­mai­l.com. My account number is 2268599 (at QBET)

2025, September 6 i placed a couple of sportsbets on Qbet. My balance was 1258 euros.

"Win    Sp­ort­s    07­/09­/2025 00:59    a­9dbe5ef Succes­sfu­l    €5­56.9­0    €­1,2­58.28"

Qbet have confiscated over 900 euros, I have currently 316 euros in balance. Qbet refer to section 8.9 in their terms "we may refuse, terminate or limit any bet or wager for any reason in line with our internal policies and regulation"

I have asked them several times to give me a reason why my winning bets were voided, but the refuse to answer any question and refer to section 8.9 (without any more explanation) I have told them that the must give me a valid reason, but they refuse to anser me.

I then asked them if the offical organization changed the results and if they could prevent me with proof of this, they didn't even answer me and refered section 8.10.

I then asked them what specific match / matches they are suspecting and they refused to anser and once again refered to section 8.10.

They ended the email with "This reply is final and taken as a buisness decision"

If Qbet refuse paying my rightful winnings I expect a detailed explanation for the withholding, referencing to the specific rule or clause that justice this action. If the company can’t provide a legitimate and documented reason, I demand that my winnings be released to me without further delay.

And I’m asking you if you can help me with this?

Please tell me if i should send any email encounters or something else.

PS: They have blocked me from sports betting so I can’t provide you with my bet id. ( I can still play the casino)

Missing 1000 EUR withdrawal not received
Hello,

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding a withdrawal issue with Qbet.

On March 28, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of €1000 (Transaction ID: ca2e5bf1-6a6d-4ab1-ae6f-df7d824cc390). In my account, this transaction is marked as “successful.” However, I have never received the funds in my bank account.

After further communication, they acknowledged the problem and informed me that the €1000 withdrawal would be reprocessed, with April 14 as the latest expected date.

That deadline has passed, and I still have not received the funds.

I have contacted support multiple times via email and live chat. I have also provided my bank statements twice as requested. Despite this, I have not received any proof of transfer (such as SWIFT/MT103), nor any clear explanation of where the funds are.

Additionally, I had a separate withdrawal of €500 which initially failed but was returned to my account and successfully withdrawn afterward. This clearly shows that withdrawals can be processed correctly.

This raises serious concerns about the €1000 transaction and whether it was ever actually sent, despite being marked as “successful” in their system.

At this point, I am requesting one of the following:

Official SWIFT/MT103 proof confirming that the €1000 transfer was executed, OR
Immediate return of the €1000 to my account so I can withdraw it again

I have made every effort to resolve this directly with the operator, including setting a 24-hour deadline, which was ignored.

I am requesting your assistance in resolving this matter.
