I requested a cryptocurrency withdrawal via USDT (Ref: USDT18265683) from my Pinnacle account (Client ID: YS1935420). The payout has been held under a manual "random risk review. For more than 96Hours.

Pinnacle Support has formally confirmed via email that my account is fully active, verified, and requires no outstanding identity (KYC) or compliance documents. They also stated the case was escalated to their priority risk team.

Despite this confirmation,the transaction remains unprocessed without a specific completion timeline. All 1x deposit wagering requirements have been satisfied, and the account is in full compliance. I request that Pinnacle finalize the review and release the pending payout to my registered wallet address immediately.

Delayed USDT Withdrawal Exceeding 96 Hours Ref USDTT18278721

I am submitting a new complaint regarding my pending $1200 USDT withdrawal (Ref: USDTT18278721) on my fully verified account (Client ID: YS1935420).

This withdrawal was requested on Thursday and has now exceeded 96 hours (4 days) without completion. My account is fully verified, and all wagering and rollover requirements have been satisfied.

I request AskGamblers' assistance in contacting Pinnacle compliance to have transaction USDTT18278721 reviewed and released to my USDT wallet address based on the following:

Unreasonable Delay: The withdrawal has been pending for over 4 days despite being a cryptocurrency (USDT) transaction.

Full Verification: All KYC documents and wagering/rollover requirements have been completely met.

Contradictory Statements: At first, Pinnacle support officially confirmed via email that there was no issue with my withdrawal and that it was within an expected timeframe. Shortly after, support changed their stance and stated that the withdrawal is now under review by their Payments Department. No valid explanation or timeframe has been provided for this sudden shift.

Ignored Communication: Pinnacle support is no longer replying to my follow-up emails regarding this pending transaction.
