Unable to verify and withdraw

Hi,

I have issue with verification of MrPacho. My ID, selfie, selfie with ID, my address all verified.

Now I need to provide history of my crypto wallet and ownership. It is unhosted wallet with Phantom. That is not connected to any email (they require email connection). Phantom does not do PDFs, only printscreens and these are 46 for last 6 months. They only allow 5 to be uploaded. Support not responding.

I have 2023 EUR and want it to be withdrawn obviously.

Hi, so my MrPacho verification page has updated to verified, though withdrawals have NOT started arriving yet. Plus support claims they are still missing list of transactions for the wallet. I believe it is only miscommunication and withdrawals will start to arrive. My sportsbook of MrPacho is unavailable to use thought. Only casino.

Prolonging verification and blocked withdrawal

MrPacho is prolonging verification for almost a month, and I can not withdraw money because of that. I have uploaded all the documents they asked for. The last document MrPacho asked from me is transaction history from e wallet. I have uploaded it, but they asked it in pdf format. As I use Binance, exporting that file in pdf format is not possible. I have explained it many times by email and in live chat, but they were insist on pdf format of file. I sent to them screenshots of transaction history (they asked screenshots), and exported conversation with Binance agent who told me that exporting in pdf format is not possible. After all, I got answer that provided document will be reviewed in the near future. 33 exchanged emails with some VIP manager, and so many times on live chat. So unprofessional. They are blocking withdrawal for almost a month.
