Prolonging verification and blocked withdrawal

MrPacho is prolonging verification for almost a month, and I can not withdraw money because of that. I have uploaded all the documents they asked for. The last document MrPacho asked from me is transaction history from e wallet. I have uploaded it, but they asked it in pdf format. As I use Binance, exporting that file in pdf format is not possible. I have explained it many times by email and in live chat, but they were insist on pdf format of file. I sent to them screenshots of transaction history (they asked screenshots), and exported conversation with Binance agent who told me that exporting in pdf format is not possible. After all, I got answer that provided document will be reviewed in the near future. 33 exchanged emails with some VIP manager, and so many times on live chat. So unprofessional. They are blocking withdrawal for almost a month.

Dear,

96 business hours could be almost two weeks. Askgamblers, in description of MrPatcho on your site you should change maximum of withdrawal period. Do you agree? Now it is written there 3-5 days.
I still didn't withdraw all money from my MrPatcho account. Now, it takes a month to verify account and withdraw. So unprofessional. I would say that we can close complaint when I finally withdraw all money from account.

As stated in our Terms, requests to withdraw funds are processed by the Financial Department within 96 business hours after the request is submitted and/or 96 business hours after the previous withdrawal request has been paid out, provided that all conditions are met and all necessary checks are completed.

The Financial Department operates Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT. By submitting a withdrawal request, you acknowledge and agree to the withdrawal timetable.

Once the request has been processed by our Financial Department, any further delays in receiving funds are outside the Company's responsibility and depend on external payment providers.
