Withdrawal not being processed

I have initiated several withdrawals from the Melbet platform and I have not been credited with the money I withdrew.

I spoken to numerous customer service agents and none of them have provided a clear answer. They just say I should be patient and what not. At first I was told 24hrs and thennthat became 48hrs amd then 7 days and from then 15days.

All those days have passed and I am still to receive my money which they had promised. They keeping saying ot is due to payment system issues but then they are still accepting deposits.

Why is the payment system only facing challenges when it comes to withdrawals and not for deposits.

They are most likely scammers these Melbet guys. Becareful

Verification process keeps being extend to delay or avoid the withdrawal

At the beginning, there were no issues. I won, and I lost a few times, and whenever I made a small profit and withdrew it, everything worked fine. However, on April 28, I had a big win, and my balance reached $1,489. I wanted to withdraw it, but when I pressed the withdrawal button, I received a message saying: “Send documents to [email protected].” This happened on April 28, almost a month ago.

1). I sent my passport without any problems.

2). Then they asked for uncropped screenshots of my personal profile and screenshots from the app/website showing my crypto deposits, and the transaction details of those deposits. I provided these multiple times, but whenever I asked for feedback about what exactly was wrong, they kept responding with: “All consulting on the matter of your request was provided earlier in this mail thread.” So no feedback at all. And yes, my screenshots were all uncropped, 1920x1080, including the taskbar. '

After going back and forth from April 28 until May 17 (almost three weeks) they finally clarified that they needed screenshots of all four deposits I had ever made. I then sent the screenshots together with the blockchain URLs, and that part was finally approved.

3). Now they asked: You should make a selfie, holding your document near your face. Also, next to you should be the computer (or mobile device) where we can see your inbox messages from the security department (this mailing). Which I did as well.

4) After sending all of that, they said okay, the specialist is looking into it, and I would hear back. After 2 days, I didn't hear anything yet, so I went into live chat, and they said it can take up to 72 hours before a response. Just before the 72-hour mark,, they emailed again asking me for a utility bill (PDF) for the last month. I sent it directly.

They responded again: The specialist will look into it.

Now I thought I was finally done, almost 2 days later: can we see your driver's license? I don't even have a driver's license, but I'm sure if I did have a driver's license and it got approved, that I need to send something different again in a few days, it's going on from April 28, and it's now May 25 when they asked for the driver's license.

So I did send all important documents + utility bill and transaction proof, which were all approved.

I just want to withdraw all my money, that's it. I don't even care about playing there anymore.

Withdrawal delays and conflicting instructions

I am filing this formal complaint against Melbet due to a systematic delay and conflicting instructions regarding my withdrawal of 184.44 EUR (Account ID: < sent to the casino >). This issue has been ongoing for more than 20 days.

**Timeline of the Issue:**

1. **Initial Block (Early May):** My original withdrawal method (Neteller) was suddenly removed. Support instructed me to deposit via **Tether on Tron (USDT)** to enable a new withdrawal path. I followed this and wagered the full amount as required.

2. **Security Obstacles:** After enabling USDT, they blocked my withdrawals again for "Security Verification". I sent all requested documents (ID + Selfie with handwritten date) to [email protected] on May 19th. It has been over 48 hours with NO response.

3. **Conflicting Instructions:** On May 21st, support agent 'Eva' specifically told me to submit a withdrawal request. I did, but the processing team rejected it within minutes for "Proportion of deposits". This proves a lack of coordination and intentional stalling.

4. **Account Status:** I am a legitimate user with one profile and two currency wallets (EUR/MAD), a standard feature in the Melbet app. I have fulfilled every single requirement asked of me for the past 3 weeks.

I request Melbet to stop the stalling tactics and immediately approve my withdrawal of 184.44 EUR to my USDT-TRC20 address.

Melbet blocks my withdrawal by SMS verification code never received

Melbet asks for an SMS verification code for every withdrawal request, but I never receive the code.
I have already done the following:
• Factory reset (full format) of my phone
• Verified there is no SMS blocking from my operator or in the phone settings
• Cleared the app and browser cache and restarted the phone several times
I have made no changes to my account at all. My account is fully verified, all required information is completed and correct.
Despite this, the customer support has been telling me to “wait” for more than 72 hours without providing any real solution. Every time I contact them, they dismiss me and give no concrete help.
This is clearly a problem on Melbet’s side. I am unable to withdraw my funds because of this abusive SMS verification issue.
I demand an immediate solution: either disable the SMS verification for my account or process the withdrawal manually.

MTN MoMo withdrawal blocked Benin

I won 6,120 F CFA on bet ID 1449387771.

The MTN MoMo withdrawal button is greyed out and shows this message: "You must withdraw using the same method as the deposit".

I DID deposit with MTN MoMo (screenshot attached).

I tested on a friend's phone: the button becomes grey ONLY when I log in with MY account. On other accounts it works normally. This proves it's not a general technical problem in Benin.

Support first said it was a "technical problem in Benin", then asked me to make a new deposit via WebMoney + bet on odds 1.1 to unlock MTN. This condition is not written in the rules and I refuse it.

This has been going on for more than 2 weeks.

I request the immediate unlocking of MTN MoMo withdrawal or a clear written explanation of the exact reason for the block according to your rules.

Missing deposit

I was scammed by Melbet. I made a deposit using USDT Polygon on their platform, and since then my account has never been credited. I contacted customer support, and each time they opened an investigation, but in the end, after 41 days, I've run out of patience. So I want to file this complaint to request a refund.

Unjustified confiscation of 160000 DZD deposit account 1577147901

am reporting the illegal confiscation of a 160,000 DZD cash deposit made on March 6th, 2026 (Transaction ID: 20331502307).
The deposit was successful and appeared in my balance, but was manually removed later. I have a screen recording from inside my account proving the transaction. Furthermore, Melbet support agents have provided contradictory and false information:
Agent Lutfi admitted to a 'manual deduction' claiming it was sent by mistake.
Agent Lola claimed it was a BaridiMob issue from February, which is false as my deposit was CASH in March.
Agent Henry claimed the money was sent back, which never happened.
I demand the immediate return of my 160,000 DZD. I have all the screenshots of these conflicting statements and the video proof of the deposit."

Melbet Failing to Complete Verification Despite Full Document Submission

I have completed all required verification steps requested by Melbet, including submitting my national ID, utility bill, bank statement, selfie, and even participating in a video verification.

Despite fully complying, it has now been over 2 months without receiving any “visual code” or further instructions. The security department claims that a code was sent, but I have not received anything in my email or messages.

This unreasonable delay raises serious concerns about Melbet’s practices. It appears that the verification process is being intentionally delayed, and my funds are being withheld without valid justification.

I have contacted support multiple times but have not received any meaningful response or solution.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this issue so I can complete verification and access my funds.

My account is fully verified, and I currently have a balance in my account. For the past 20 days, I have been unable to withdraw my funds. The withdrawal page shows a blank screen with an "Authorization Failure" message, and no withdrawal methods are available.

Deposit methods are still visible and working, but withdrawal options are completely missing.

I have contacted Melbet support multiple times, and they replied that their specialists have not yet resolved the issue. Unfortunately, the problem is still ongoing, and I cannot access my funds.
