Has blocked my account

On 15.10.2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹5000 (Request № 5408588295) through a payment agent shown on the Melbet platform. Melbet's system deducted the amount and marked the request as completed (17:48), but I never received the money.

The agent first said the payment would take 25-30 minutes. Later, the agent said I would get the amount by 9 PM at the latest, but I did not receive it. On 17.10.2026, the agent wrote that there were technical issues and my amount was safe. I replied asking for my amount and got no response. I then saw that our chat history was deleted and I appear to be blocked.

I contacted Melbet by email, live chat, and phone over the last 3 days. Representatives told me my amount "will be received", that it may be paid through another agency, and that action would be taken against the agent. However, no one gave a confirmed time or a ticket number, and email replies were the same template ("specialists are working on your request"). I was told 2 days maximum. It has now been more than 3 days.

I still have not received my withdrawal amount of ₹5000, despite chasing many times through calls, email, and chat support.

Resolution requested: payment of my pending ₹5000 withdrawal (Request № 5408588295). As this has already been delayed for more than 3 days, I need the amount today.

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding my Melbet Côte d’Ivoire account, operated locally by COASTWIN SARLU.

Since 7 October 2026, I have been unable to withdraw funds from my Melbet account.

At the beginning of the issue, the main Mobile Money withdrawal methods available in Côte d’Ivoire, including MTN Money, Orange Money, Moov Money and Wave, were still visible in the application but were greyed out. When I tried to use them, the platform displayed a message stating that the payment methods were temporarily unavailable for technical reasons.

I immediately contacted Melbet customer support. Their representatives confirmed several times, both in writing and during a telephone call, that this was a general technical issue affecting payment/transfer operators and that their technical team was working to resolve it.

I also received an email from Melbet customer support confirming that mobile payment methods were temporarily unavailable for technical reasons and asking me to try again later.

The situation has since become worse. When I now open the “Withdraw funds” section, no withdrawal method is displayed at all. Instead, the platform shows the message:

“No system available.”

This means that I currently have no way to submit a withdrawal request.

Before this incident, Melbet Côte d’Ivoire displayed several withdrawal options, including Orange Money, Wave, MTN Money, Moov Money, and other payment methods. The platform also normally displays estimated processing times for these methods.

I have already sent a formal follow-up email to Melbet asking them to provide: an estimated timeframe for restoring withdrawal services; the reference number of the technical incident; an alternative withdrawal method; and written confirmation that the funds in my account remain fully available for withdrawal.

So far, I have not been provided with a working withdrawal solution.

I would also like to clarify that Melbet has not informed me of any KYC issue, security investigation, violation of their Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, account restriction, or personal limitation affecting my account. Their official explanation has consistently been that this is a general technical problem involving payment providers.

Melbet’s own Terms and Conditions also state that withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day and that, where withdrawal through payment systems is refused or unavailable, Melbet may propose a bank transfer as an alternative.

I therefore respectfully request AskGamblers’ assistance in asking Melbet to: restore at least one functional withdrawal method on my account; alternatively, provide a working withdrawal method such as a bank transfer; confirm that my entire available balance remains withdrawable; provide a clear timeframe for resolving the technical issue.

I am attaching supporting evidence, including screenshots showing the Mobile Money methods greyed out, the current “No system available” message, emails and chat messages from Melbet confirming the technical problem, and screenshots showing the payment methods normally available on the Melbet Côte d’Ivoire platform.

I am submitting this formal complaint against Melbet regarding a delayed and withheld withdrawal of 8,000 MAD originating from my player account ID 1811069687.

Case Details & Timeline:

Issue Date: The withdrawal request was placed on September 29, 2026.

Amount Involved: 8,000 MAD.

Current Status: Despite fully completing all mandatory account verification steps and providing all requested documents, the funds have still not been credited to my bank account or payment method as of today.

Support Experience & Lack of Transparency:

I have contacted Melbet's customer support multiple times (via live chat and email), interacting with various agents including an operator named "Carine". Throughout these interactions, the support team has provided contradictory statements—initially claiming the payment was completed and blaming the bank, then retracting statements as errors, and ultimately telling me to "wait indefinitely" without providing any valid transaction ID (ARN), proof of transfer, or concrete resolution.

I have attached all necessary evidentiary documents, including screenshots of my transaction history and logs, proving that no such funds have ever arrived.

I kindly request your intervention to compel Melbet to either release the 8,000 MAD immediately or provide an official, verifiable transaction reference (ARN) so I can trace these funds.

I am having a serious withdrawal issue with my MelBet account.

My account has funds available, but I am currently unable to make a withdrawal.

When I open the withdrawal section, most of the available withdrawal methods, including Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, Etisalat Cash, Orange Cash, Telda, and WePay, are locked/unavailable.

WebMoney is the only withdrawal method that appears to be available. However, when I select WebMoney and confirm the withdrawal, the system rejects the request and displays a message stating that withdrawals will only be approved when they are made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

The problem is that the other payment methods suggested by the system are also locked, so I have no functional withdrawal method available to me.

I have contacted MelBet support regarding this issue, but the problem has not been resolved.

I am not asking MelBet to process my withdrawal through an unrelated payment method. I am asking them to provide me with a valid and functional withdrawal method that is actually available on my account, or to fix the WebMoney withdrawal option if it is supposed to be available.

My request: Please ask MelBet to investigate the withdrawal restrictions on my account and restore a working withdrawal method so that I can withdraw my available funds.

I can provide screenshots showing the locked withdrawal methods and the error message displayed when I attempt to withdraw through WebMoney.
