Melbet has been giving me issues regarding verification and withdrawal. I want to withdraw my fund from their account, but they asked me to send documents stating my non gambling addiction. Have submitted alot of documents to them, but they seem not to verify the context of the document and are not willing to help and it's been weeks now. On one of the documents, the last paragraph clearly stated my non gambling addiction, but they seemed not to look at this. They even said my documents are not originals at first. And later saying something else. I have attached these documents to my complaint and also a picture of our email conversation. I just want to withdraw my funds, i don't mind if they will block further use of this account. At first the did verification with my passport and everything and after i submitted all that, here we are stuck on non gambling documents. And i have stated clearly to them that i don't even want to continue gambling, they can close the account if they wish but just give me my funds i have in it.

Hello, i am still expecting a feedback from you regarding my complaint. I am attaching a screenshot of the hospitals portal online so melbet security can contact them if they think i havens fake document.
