Hello, it's been 8 days since the error "request document" showed up when I try to withdraw. I immediately emailed their security team and provided every document they asked for. I even went to mental clinic and paid 200$ to get a statement that I am not a gambling addict which is a weird request from Melbet, but I did it anyways.
Now all they say in email is that the request is under checking process, they have been saying this for the last 5 days. I do not know what is talking that long. I provided passport, national ID, selfies with them and the email inbox open, and even the mental gamble addiction report.
