My account has been blocked since October 17th despite all the documents I sent

My Melbet account ( < sent to the casino > ) was blocked on October 17, 2025, without a clear explanation. I was then asked to contact the security department, which demanded medical documents proving that I do not suffer from a gambling addiction. I immediately made a medical appointment and paid $210 for an initial consultation; I do not have proof of payment or a screenshot. On October 22, my document was automatically rejected without any specific reason. I made a second appointment with a specialist at the Brisson Carecci Clinic for $370, and I have proof of payment. I sent this new document to the security department, but I received no response. Faced with their silence, I then went to Albert-Prévost Hospital in Montreal, which specializes in mental health. I obtained a signed and stamped medical document, which I also sent to Melbet. Since then, I've only received one automated message saying my document was sent to a specialist. No further response in over 12 days. Yet, my account has been functioning normally. I made several deposits ($2,000, $1,000, $500) and had previously successfully withdrawn $3,000 and $2,000. My account was therefore fully verified and active. I don't understand why, suddenly, I have to provide medical documents to prove I'm not addicted, especially after following all the required instructions. I've spent over $580 on medical expenses, I sent each document correctly and on time, but Melbet is no longer responding. What I'm asking for today is simple: • Unblocking my account • Payment of my winnings • And closing my account after a full withdrawal. I acted in good faith and complied with all their requirements. I'm simply asking to get my money back and put this behind me.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. Hello,

I previously had an old Melbet account which I requested to be permanently closed a long time ago.
This is why I do not understand why you are now accusing me of having “multiple accounts”.

You also informed me that my current account will be blocked for 2 months for a “recalculation of winnings”.
I already experienced a similar situation with 1xBet and they refunded my initial deposits after their review.

I believe Melbet is using this same method only to avoid paying me.
I am not asking for winnings anymore — I only want the refund of my deposits.
I have no objection to my account being blocked afterward.

Please process the refund of my deposits.

Dear Mohamed,

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue.

We would like to reiterate that the requirements for the requested medical certificate were never changed — they remained consistent from the beginning. However, each certificate you submitted lacked necessary information, which is why they were not accepted.

Regarding the blocking of your account: during the verification process, the Security Department determined that you had multiple accounts registered on our platform, which is a direct violation of our terms.

According to section 2.3 of our Rules:
“If multi-accounting occurs on the Melbet website, the Security Service may block such accounts for up to 2 months and recalculate all winnings made from them (registration may be completed for one IP address, one family, one email address, one payment method, one credit/debit card number, one eWallet, and one electronic payment method; individuals affiliated with a current user in any way may not register).”

If you have any further questions, please feel free to let us know. You may also discuss this matter directly with our Security Department via email.

Best regards,
Melbet Team

No matter what Melbet says, I disagree because Melbet allowed me to play with nearly $18,000 in deposits, and when I lost, they didn't make a fuss. I played, I lost. Melbet should have blocked me then if there was a problem. Now that I've won a small amount and even been able to withdraw two or three times, I don't understand how Melbet can block my account. Normally, if there was a block, it should have been at the beginning when I was losing thousands of dollars. Furthermore, they made me pay $1,500 for medical consultations, leading me to believe my account would be unblocked, only to then block it permanently. Melbet never wanted to pay me and knew what they were doing. I know my money was stolen by their systems. I demand that my complaint be made public.

Delayed deposit for over a month
I am submitting this complaint because Melbet has failed to credit my deposit despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter through their customer support.

On 16/06/2026, I deposited 100,000 RWF into my Melbet account (Account No. 236633967). The payment was successfully processed from my payment account, but the funds were never credited to my Melbet balance.

The following day, I opened a payment enquiry (Ticket No. 18269277). I was informed that the issue would be resolved within 3 days. However, more than one month has now passed, and my deposit is still missing.

Instead of resolving the issue, Melbet closed my ticket and instructed me to contact their support by email, quoting the enquiry number. I followed those instructions and contacted their support, but I have still not received any meaningful assistance or a resolution. I have repeatedly reached out, yet I continue to receive delays and no clear explanation regarding the whereabouts of my money.

As a customer, I find this treatment extremely disappointing. Having a successful deposit disappear without being credited or refunded for over a month has caused me to lose confidence in the platform. At this stage, I genuinely feel that I am being treated unfairly and that my funds are being withheld without justification, which gives me the impression that I may be being scammed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in mediating this dispute and encourage Melbet to either:

Credit the missing 100,000 RWF to my Melbet account immediately, or
Refund the full amount if the deposit cannot be processed.

I can provide payment confirmation, transaction details, screenshots of my communication with Melbet, and any other evidence required to support my complaint.

Thank you for your assistance.

Melbet Casino - Problems with account and withdrawal

Dear Melbet Support,

I have made several attempts to contact your support team over the past 72 hours by phone, but unfortunately I have not received any assistance regarding the withdrawal of my funds to my Binance account.

My Melbet ID is < sent to the casino >

According to the information on your platform, withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used for the first deposit. I have only ever made deposits through my Binance ID, and in the past I was able to receive withdrawals back to this same Binance account without any issues.

However, after not using my account for several months, I recently tried to withdraw my funds again, but the withdrawal is now no longer possible. I do not understand why this has suddenly changed.

My Binance ID is < removed due to the privacy >, and I would like to receive all of my available funds back to this Binance account as soon as possible.

I also contacted your Live Customer Support several times. After my third attempt, I was informed that I was considered to be spamming, and my access to the live chat was blocked. Since then, the Live Customer Support has shown as "Unavailable", preventing me from contacting your support team altogether. I find this very unprofessional, especially since I am simply trying to access my own funds. Naturally, this situation makes me very concerned about how I will be be able to withdraw my money.

For your reference, I have attached two screenshots.

In the first screenshot, you can clearly see that the Customer Service option is showing as "Unavailable", meaning I can no longer contact Live Support.

In the second screenshot, you can see that the Binance ID withdrawal option is suddenly greyed out. This was never the case before. Previously, I was always able to withdraw my funds back to my Binance ID without any issues. In fact, all of the available withdrawal methods are now greyed out, which is very unusual.

I kindly request that you:

Restore my access to Live Customer Support.

Explain why withdrawals to my Binance account are no longer possible.

Investigate why all withdrawal methods have become unavailable.

Process my withdrawal to my original Binance account (Binance ID: < removes due to the privacy >) or provide a clear alternative solution so I can access my funds.

Could you please investigate this matter and resolve it as soon as possible? I would greatly appreciate having my withdrawal options restored so I can withdraw my funds to my original Binance account.

I look forward to your prompt response, as this issue has now been ongoing for several days.

Casino withholding 30000 INR deposit despite Bank Statement and Ledger showing successful debit

Player ID: 877961265

Transaction Amount: 30,000 INR

Transaction Date & Time: 21 May 2026, 09:41 PM

UTR / UPI Ref No: 206672981287

Statement of Facts:

I am filing this urgent complaint against Melbet for withholding my hard-earned money of 30,000 INR, which I deposited on 21 May 2026. For the past 15 days, I have been running from pillar to post, completely helpless. I raised an internal dispute with Melbet (Query No. 17132819), but their team does nothing but send robotic automated responses on email and chat. They are completely refusing to listen to my issue or look at my proof. This is a clear case of fraud.

I want to clarify a manual mistake I made on the Melbet app due to the panic and confusion caused by this situation:

The Mistake on App: On 21 May, I initially tried a transaction at 21:40. When the funds didn't arrive, I got confused and stressed. At 21:44, while submitting another deposit request on the app interface, I mistakenly typed '3,000 INR' instead of 30,000 INR in the amount box.

The Absolute Reality: This was just a typing error on the app. In reality, my official bank account statement and Paytm green-tick receipt clearly prove that I had already successfully sent exactly 30,000 INR at 09:41 PM under UTR number 206672981287 to their merchant "Tahir Ayoub".

Bank Verification: I have physically gone to my bank branch and obtained an official, stamped Account Ledger Inquiry. The bank ledger legally confirms that the full ₹30,000 INR left my account successfully and has been settled at the merchant's gateway.

Conclusion & Direct Request to AskGamblers:

This is my hard-earned money, and Melbet is trying to steal it by using my manual typing error and sending robotic replies as an excuse. I am providing absolute, stamped bank proof here. If a globally trusted platform like AskGamblers cannot protect players from such open fraud and verify genuine cases despite official bank stamps, then there is no use for these portals for common users.

Please look into my pain, intervene immediately, and help me recover my money from Melbet. I have attached all the authentic proofs.

Verification process keeps being extend to delay or avoid the withdrawal

At the beginning, there were no issues. I won, and I lost a few times, and whenever I made a small profit and withdrew it, everything worked fine. However, on April 28, I had a big win, and my balance reached $1,489. I wanted to withdraw it, but when I pressed the withdrawal button, I received a message saying: “Send documents to [email protected].” This happened on April 28, almost a month ago.

1). I sent my passport without any problems.

2). Then they asked for uncropped screenshots of my personal profile and screenshots from the app/website showing my crypto deposits, and the transaction details of those deposits. I provided these multiple times, but whenever I asked for feedback about what exactly was wrong, they kept responding with: “All consulting on the matter of your request was provided earlier in this mail thread.” So no feedback at all. And yes, my screenshots were all uncropped, 1920x1080, including the taskbar. '

After going back and forth from April 28 until May 17 (almost three weeks) they finally clarified that they needed screenshots of all four deposits I had ever made. I then sent the screenshots together with the blockchain URLs, and that part was finally approved.

3). Now they asked: You should make a selfie, holding your document near your face. Also, next to you should be the computer (or mobile device) where we can see your inbox messages from the security department (this mailing). Which I did as well.

4) After sending all of that, they said okay, the specialist is looking into it, and I would hear back. After 2 days, I didn't hear anything yet, so I went into live chat, and they said it can take up to 72 hours before a response. Just before the 72-hour mark,, they emailed again asking me for a utility bill (PDF) for the last month. I sent it directly.

They responded again: The specialist will look into it.

Now I thought I was finally done, almost 2 days later: can we see your driver's license? I don't even have a driver's license, but I'm sure if I did have a driver's license and it got approved, that I need to send something different again in a few days, it's going on from April 28, and it's now May 25 when they asked for the driver's license.

So I did send all important documents + utility bill and transaction proof, which were all approved.

I just want to withdraw all my money, that's it. I don't even care about playing there anymore.
