My account has been blocked since October 17th despite all the documents I sent

My Melbet account ( < sent to the casino > ) was blocked on October 17, 2025, without a clear explanation. I was then asked to contact the security department, which demanded medical documents proving that I do not suffer from a gambling addiction. I immediately made a medical appointment and paid $210 for an initial consultation; I do not have proof of payment or a screenshot. On October 22, my document was automatically rejected without any specific reason. I made a second appointment with a specialist at the Brisson Carecci Clinic for $370, and I have proof of payment. I sent this new document to the security department, but I received no response. Faced with their silence, I then went to Albert-Prévost Hospital in Montreal, which specializes in mental health. I obtained a signed and stamped medical document, which I also sent to Melbet. Since then, I've only received one automated message saying my document was sent to a specialist. No further response in over 12 days. Yet, my account has been functioning normally. I made several deposits ($2,000, $1,000, $500) and had previously successfully withdrawn $3,000 and $2,000. My account was therefore fully verified and active. I don't understand why, suddenly, I have to provide medical documents to prove I'm not addicted, especially after following all the required instructions. I've spent over $580 on medical expenses, I sent each document correctly and on time, but Melbet is no longer responding. What I'm asking for today is simple: • Unblocking my account • Payment of my winnings • And closing my account after a full withdrawal. I acted in good faith and complied with all their requirements. I'm simply asking to get my money back and put this behind me.

Hello,

I previously had an old Melbet account which I requested to be permanently closed a long time ago.
This is why I do not understand why you are now accusing me of having “multiple accounts”.

You also informed me that my current account will be blocked for 2 months for a “recalculation of winnings”.
I already experienced a similar situation with 1xBet and they refunded my initial deposits after their review.

I believe Melbet is using this same method only to avoid paying me.
I am not asking for winnings anymore — I only want the refund of my deposits.
I have no objection to my account being blocked afterward.

Please process the refund of my deposits.

Dear Mohamed,

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue.

We would like to reiterate that the requirements for the requested medical certificate were never changed — they remained consistent from the beginning. However, each certificate you submitted lacked necessary information, which is why they were not accepted.

Regarding the blocking of your account: during the verification process, the Security Department determined that you had multiple accounts registered on our platform, which is a direct violation of our terms.

According to section 2.3 of our Rules:
“If multi-accounting occurs on the Melbet website, the Security Service may block such accounts for up to 2 months and recalculate all winnings made from them (registration may be completed for one IP address, one family, one email address, one payment method, one credit/debit card number, one eWallet, and one electronic payment method; individuals affiliated with a current user in any way may not register).”

If you have any further questions, please feel free to let us know. You may also discuss this matter directly with our Security Department via email.

Best regards,
Melbet Team

No matter what Melbet says, I disagree because Melbet allowed me to play with nearly $18,000 in deposits, and when I lost, they didn't make a fuss. I played, I lost. Melbet should have blocked me then if there was a problem. Now that I've won a small amount and even been able to withdraw two or three times, I don't understand how Melbet can block my account. Normally, if there was a block, it should have been at the beginning when I was losing thousands of dollars. Furthermore, they made me pay $1,500 for medical consultations, leading me to believe my account would be unblocked, only to then block it permanently. Melbet never wanted to pay me and knew what they were doing. I know my money was stolen by their systems. I demand that my complaint be made public.

Verification process keeps being extend to delay or avoid the withdrawal

At the beginning, there were no issues. I won, and I lost a few times, and whenever I made a small profit and withdrew it, everything worked fine. However, on April 28, I had a big win, and my balance reached $1,489. I wanted to withdraw it, but when I pressed the withdrawal button, I received a message saying: “Send documents to [email protected].” This happened on April 28, almost a month ago.

1). I sent my passport without any problems.

2). Then they asked for uncropped screenshots of my personal profile and screenshots from the app/website showing my crypto deposits, and the transaction details of those deposits. I provided these multiple times, but whenever I asked for feedback about what exactly was wrong, they kept responding with: “All consulting on the matter of your request was provided earlier in this mail thread.” So no feedback at all. And yes, my screenshots were all uncropped, 1920x1080, including the taskbar. '

After going back and forth from April 28 until May 17 (almost three weeks) they finally clarified that they needed screenshots of all four deposits I had ever made. I then sent the screenshots together with the blockchain URLs, and that part was finally approved.

3). Now they asked: You should make a selfie, holding your document near your face. Also, next to you should be the computer (or mobile device) where we can see your inbox messages from the security department (this mailing). Which I did as well.

4) After sending all of that, they said okay, the specialist is looking into it, and I would hear back. After 2 days, I didn't hear anything yet, so I went into live chat, and they said it can take up to 72 hours before a response. Just before the 72-hour mark,, they emailed again asking me for a utility bill (PDF) for the last month. I sent it directly.

They responded again: The specialist will look into it.

Now I thought I was finally done, almost 2 days later: can we see your driver's license? I don't even have a driver's license, but I'm sure if I did have a driver's license and it got approved, that I need to send something different again in a few days, it's going on from April 28, and it's now May 25 when they asked for the driver's license.

So I did send all important documents + utility bill and transaction proof, which were all approved.

I just want to withdraw all my money, that's it. I don't even care about playing there anymore.
