I made a deposit of 40 MAD to my Melbet account.
The money was successfully transferred from my bank account, and I provided Melbet support with the deposit proof and all requested details.
However, the deposit has not been credited to my account.
More than 48 hours have passed since I first reported this issue. My last response from Melbet support was today at 08:08 AM, and since then no resolution or clear timeframe has been provided.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
I am requesting assistance to have the funds credited to my account or refunded as soon as possible.

Hello,
My deposit has been pending since 31/12/2025.
Today is 05/01/2026, and the issue is still unresolved.
I contacted Melbet’s Payments Department and provided all required proof.
Yesterday, I re-sent the deposit screenshot again for the fifth or sixth time, yet the issue remains unresolved and I have not received any clear update.
I am fully cooperating and kindly ask AskGamblers to assist further.
