I won a few thousand lari and tried to withdraw, and they said I need to send in documents. I emailed their support multiple times asking what i need to send in and they rarely responded to me. It's now been 11 days since the first email and all they say is they are looking into to. I sent exactly what they wanted, exactly where they wanted and they are refusing to respond to my emails or cash me out. Included is various screenshots of our discussions, I can send more if wanted.

I am now using Gmail and their staff are asking for thing after thing and being rude and difficult to speak with, constantly complaining instead of stopping this scam of my money.
