I understand the need for player verification, but this process shouldn’t take this long especially when all required information has already been submitted. It feels frustrating to be left hanging without clear communication or a timeline for when my funds will be released.
I’m hoping that by posting this here on AskGamblers, my concern can be addressed more quickly.
