My account is fully verified, and I currently have a balance in my account. For the past 20 days, I have been unable to withdraw my funds. The withdrawal page shows a blank screen with an "Authorization Failure" message, and no withdrawal methods are available.
Deposit methods are still visible and working, but withdrawal options are completely missing.
I have contacted Melbet support multiple times, and they replied that their specialists have not yet resolved the issue. Unfortunately, the problem is still ongoing, and I cannot access my funds.
I am requesting that AskGamblers help resolve this issue and assist me in withdrawing my balance.
I can provide screenshots of my account balance, the withdrawal page error, and the email communication with Melbet support if needed.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
First of all, I would like to thank AskGamblers for helping resolve my previous complaint regarding the tournament prizes. The issue was eventually resolved, and I received the promotional points that were owed to me.
However, I still have several serious concerns regarding my account, and I believe these issues indicate account-specific limitations despite MelBet repeatedly stating that no restrictions exist on my profile.
1. Expired 831 USDT Promotion
I discovered that a promotional offer worth 831 USDT (free bet on an event with odds of 1.1) had expired without being used. I was never informed that this promotion had been credited to my account. I did not receive any email, notification, SMS, or in-app alert regarding this offer. Due to the significant value of the promotion, I believe proper notification should have been provided before it expired.
2. Removal of Payment Methods
After my account verification process was completed and my account was reopened, several payment methods disappeared from my account. These included WebMoney, Binance, Vodafone Cash, and other electronic payment options.
MelBet claims that payment methods vary by region and that no restrictions exist on my account. However, these payment methods remain available for other users in Egypt. I am attaching screenshots that demonstrate this difference. Therefore, I believe these limitations are specific to my account and not related to regional availability.
3. Daily Tournament Points Not Being Credited
I am no longer receiving points in the Daily Tournament. Despite continuing to play eligible games, my score remains at zero, while other participants continue to accumulate points and appear in the rankings.
I have screenshots showing that my tournament score remains at zero while other players have active scores. As a result, I am unable to properly participate in the promotion.
4. VIP Cashback Feature Disabled
The VIP Cashback feature on my account is unavailable. The cashback section shows "Unavailable," and the cashback function cannot be activated. I am attaching screenshots showing this issue.
5. Crash Game Unavailable
When I attempt to access the Crash game, I receive an error message stating that the game is not available for me and that I should contact support. I have attached screenshots showing this restriction.
Conclusion
While MelBet states that there are no restrictions on my account, the combination of these issues raises serious concerns:
- Expired promotion without notification.
- Removal of payment methods available to other users in my country.
- Daily Tournament points not being credited.
- VIP Cashback unavailable.
- Crash game inaccessible.
Taken together, these issues create the impression that account-specific limitations have been applied to my profile despite assurances that no restrictions exist.
I respectfully request that AskGamblers ask MelBet to provide a detailed explanation for each of these issues and clarify why these features and services are unavailable on my account.

However, I still have two unresolved issues:
1. I found an expired promotional offer in my account with a value of 831 USDT (bet on an event with odds of 1.1). I did not use this offer because I was completely unaware of its existence. I did not receive any email, notification, SMS, or any other form of communication informing me that this promotion had been credited to my account. Therefore, I kindly request compensation or the restoration of this promotional offer, as I lost the opportunity to use it due to the lack of notification.
2. After my account was reopened following the verification process, several deposit methods were removed from my account. Previously, I was able to use electronic wallets and payment methods such as WebMoney, Binance, and Vodafone Cash. These methods are no longer available. I kindly request an explanation for their removal and ask that they be restored if there are no restrictions on my account.
