I am writing this review to publicly report an ongoing communication blackout and withheld balance regarding my account (ID: 1769971395).
My gaming account was placed under a security lock after being flagged as potentially compromised. Support explicitly instructed me to submit my verification documents to the Security Department to regain access and clear the issue.
I have fully complied with every single request.
Submitted full, high-resolution photos of my official Passport and payment proof.
Provided the required clear handheld selfie holding my original document.

It has now been over 6 full days since I submitted all requested identification documents. Despite multiple follow-ups, the Security Department has completely ignored my emails, provided zero confirmation of document receipt, and refuses to provide an update. Meanwhile, frontline support simply loops the same automated template over and over.

Freezing a customer's deposited balance and going completely silent after full KYC has been provided is unacceptable business practice.

Following a thorough investigation conducted by our Security Department regarding the user's account, it was established that all critical account actions — including password resets, changes to registration details, and subsequent fund operations — were performed directly from the user's regular IP address. Furthermore, these actions were successfully authorized using the connected Google 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes and email verification.

Please note that, according to our Terms and Conditions, security credentials, email access, and 2FA devices are the sole responsibility of the account holder. Since all transactions and authorization requests were completed using the correct security credentials and from the authorized environment without any system breach on our side, there are no grounds for a refund or compensation.

We strongly advise the user to secure their personal devices, email account, and authentication apps to prevent any unauthorized access on their side in the future.

Update:

MelBet Security has officially sent a blanket rejection email claiming they "detected no unusual activities" on my account.

This statement is completely false and contradicts the server evidence. My account suffered an unauthorized external takeover where a third party operating from a remote location 200 km away changed my registered email and drained 600,000 BDT in just 4 hours via rapid micro-withdrawals.

I have fully cooperated, submitted my passport verification selfie (A19243961), and confirmed no voluntary credential sharing ever occurred. MelBet’s automated refusal to investigate the IP logs and third-party wallet destinations proves their negligence in handling AML and KYC safety protocols.

I request that the mediator formally compel MelBet to provide the full server access logs, IP change records, and withdrawal payout destination details for this audit.

My account ID is 1833645685 at Melbet Sportsbook.

I made a withdrawal of EGP 12421.00 on 11-10-2026 at 02:05 AM to my Vodafone Cash number 01091281019. The operation number is 035591539247, and the status is approved. The agent claims he transferred the money at 02:22 AM.

Melbet support sent me this screenshot as proof that the agent transferred the money, but I never received anything. My Vodafone Cash balance did not increase, and there is no transaction in my wallet history.

The money is currently held by the agent, and Melbet is completely negligent and lazy about reviewing the agent and is not holding him accountable for his actions.

My internal complaint number at Melbet is 23653826, and it is still unresolved. Please ask Melbet to reopen and review complaint file number 23653826.

Please also ask the agent to provide a PDF account statement of his wallet for that day to prove that the transfer was actually sent to my number.

I have attached screenshots as proof.

I am submitting this formal complaint against Melbet Sportsbook regarding its continued failure to provide a functioning withdrawal method for my account.

Since 7 October 2026, I have been unable to withdraw any money from my Melbet account. For approximately 13 days, all withdrawal methods have remained unavailable or nonfunctional, while deposit options continue to be offered.

What makes this situation particularly frustrating is Melbet's lack of communication.

I have sent several emails to Melbet using multiple available customer support email addresses, repeatedly explaining my withdrawal problem and requesting assistance.

Unfortunately, despite my numerous emails and attempts to contact them, I have not received a single reply or satisfactory explanation from Melbet as of today, 20 October 2026.

I find it extremely concerning that customers can continue depositing money while being unable to access their existing balances, especially when customer support fails to respond to repeated complaints.

I am not even requesting to withdraw my entire balance immediately. I simply want to be able to withdraw at least part of my available funds.

I therefore respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene and ask Melbet to:

1. Restore a working withdrawal method to my account without further unnecessary delay.
2. Allow me to withdraw at least part of my available balance.
3. If regular withdrawal methods remain unavailable, provide me with an officially authorized and verified TeamCash agent capable of processing my withdrawal securely, if Melbet supports this payment method.
4. Confirm the identity and authorization of any proposed TeamCash agent through official Melbet communication channels.
5. Explain why deposits remain available while withdrawals are disabled.
6. Explain why my repeated emails to customer support have gone unanswered.
7. Provide a definite timeline for resolving this issue.

I have been patient since 7 October, but the continued inability to withdraw my funds, combined with the complete lack of response to my emails, has left me with no choice but to seek assistance from AskGamblers.

I am prepared to provide screenshots of my account balance, withdrawal page, deposit options and copies of the emails I have sent to Melbet.

Delayed withdrawal Rs 5000 request 5408588295

On 15.10.2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹5000 (Request № 5408588295) through a payment agent shown on the Melbet platform. Melbet's system deducted the amount and marked the request as completed (17:48), but I never received the money.

The agent first said the payment would take 25-30 minutes. Later, the agent said I would get the amount by 9 PM at the latest, but I did not receive it. On 17.10.2026, the agent wrote that there were technical issues and my amount was safe. I replied asking for my amount and got no response. I then saw that our chat history was deleted and I appear to be blocked.

I contacted Melbet by email, live chat, and phone over the last 3 days. Representatives told me my amount "will be received", that it may be paid through another agency, and that action would be taken against the agent. However, no one gave a confirmed time or a ticket number, and email replies were the same template ("specialists are working on your request"). I was told 2 days maximum. It has now been more than 3 days.

I still have not received my withdrawal amount of ₹5000, despite chasing many times through calls, email, and chat support.

Resolution requested: payment of my pending ₹5000 withdrawal (Request № 5408588295). As this has already been delayed for more than 3 days, I need the amount today.

Melbet has blocked my account right after I made a deposit. They are withholding my deposited funds and the security department ([email protected]) completely ignores all my emails. I have not violated any terms of service, and I am ready to provide any KYC verification documents required. I simply want my deposited money returned. Hello,

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding my Melbet Côte d’Ivoire account, operated locally by COASTWIN SARLU.

Since 7 October 2026, I have been unable to withdraw funds from my Melbet account.

At the beginning of the issue, the main Mobile Money withdrawal methods available in Côte d’Ivoire, including MTN Money, Orange Money, Moov Money and Wave, were still visible in the application but were greyed out. When I tried to use them, the platform displayed a message stating that the payment methods were temporarily unavailable for technical reasons.

I immediately contacted Melbet customer support. Their representatives confirmed several times, both in writing and during a telephone call, that this was a general technical issue affecting payment/transfer operators and that their technical team was working to resolve it.

I also received an email from Melbet customer support confirming that mobile payment methods were temporarily unavailable for technical reasons and asking me to try again later.

The situation has since become worse. When I now open the “Withdraw funds” section, no withdrawal method is displayed at all. Instead, the platform shows the message:

“No system available.”

This means that I currently have no way to submit a withdrawal request.

Before this incident, Melbet Côte d’Ivoire displayed several withdrawal options, including Orange Money, Wave, MTN Money, Moov Money, and other payment methods. The platform also normally displays estimated processing times for these methods.

I have already sent a formal follow-up email to Melbet asking them to provide: an estimated timeframe for restoring withdrawal services; the reference number of the technical incident; an alternative withdrawal method; and written confirmation that the funds in my account remain fully available for withdrawal.

So far, I have not been provided with a working withdrawal solution.

I would also like to clarify that Melbet has not informed me of any KYC issue, security investigation, violation of their Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, account restriction, or personal limitation affecting my account. Their official explanation has consistently been that this is a general technical problem involving payment providers.

Melbet’s own Terms and Conditions also state that withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day and that, where withdrawal through payment systems is refused or unavailable, Melbet may propose a bank transfer as an alternative.

I therefore respectfully request AskGamblers’ assistance in asking Melbet to: restore at least one functional withdrawal method on my account; alternatively, provide a working withdrawal method such as a bank transfer; confirm that my entire available balance remains withdrawable; provide a clear timeframe for resolving the technical issue.

I am attaching supporting evidence, including screenshots showing the Mobile Money methods greyed out, the current “No system available” message, emails and chat messages from Melbet confirming the technical problem, and screenshots showing the payment methods normally available on the Melbet Côte d’Ivoire platform.

Support Experience & Lack of Transparency:

I have contacted Melbet's customer support multiple times (via live chat and email), interacting with various agents including an operator named "Carine". Throughout these interactions, the support team has provided contradictory statements—initially claiming the payment was completed and blaming the bank, then retracting statements as errors, and ultimately telling me to "wait indefinitely" without providing any valid transaction ID (ARN), proof of transfer, or concrete resolution.

I have attached all necessary evidentiary documents, including screenshots of my transaction history and logs, proving that no such funds have ever arrived.

I kindly request your intervention to compel Melbet to either release the 8,000 MAD immediately or provide an official, verifiable transaction reference (ARN) so I can trace these funds.

50 USDT RedotPay withdrawal stuck

On 03/10/2026 at approx. 00:10 I requested a withdrawal of 50 USDT via RedotPay.
Melbet marked it as “Completed” and issued internal order ID TIS20261003125234592638607.
I contacted RedotPay support. They confirmed in writing:
• The TIS number is an internal RedotPay transfer (not on-chain)
• There is no blockchain TxID
• The security review on their side was already approved
• The sender (Melbet) must check their own RedotPay transfer record
The 50 USDT never arrived in my RedotPay account.
I opened ticket 23223332 on 03/10/2026.
After several days of delays (“waiting for payment provider”, “finance specialists working”), the ticket status changed to “Clarification data” on 06/10/2026.
Melbet is now demanding:
• An account statement in PDF format from the transaction date to now, or
• An official letter from the bank (or payment organization) bearing its stamp
I have repeatedly explained that this was a RedotPay transfer and no bank was involved. I submitted:
• Melbet’s own completion receipt
• RedotPay’s official support confirmation
• My RedotPay transaction history showing no 50 USDT deposit was ever credited
Despite this, support continues to refuse to process the ticket and states they “cannot help” without the bank/PDF documents. They have also refused escalation.
I request AskGamblers’ assistance so that Melbet either:
1. Releases the 50 USDT to my RedotPay account, or
2. Returns the full amount to my Melbet balance

Unable to withdraw because all available withdrawal methods are blocked

I am having a serious withdrawal issue with my MelBet account.

My account has funds available, but I am currently unable to make a withdrawal.

When I open the withdrawal section, most of the available withdrawal methods, including Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, Etisalat Cash, Orange Cash, Telda, and WePay, are locked/unavailable.

WebMoney is the only withdrawal method that appears to be available. However, when I select WebMoney and confirm the withdrawal, the system rejects the request and displays a message stating that withdrawals will only be approved when they are made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

The problem is that the other payment methods suggested by the system are also locked, so I have no functional withdrawal method available to me.

I have contacted MelBet support regarding this issue, but the problem has not been resolved.

I am not asking MelBet to process my withdrawal through an unrelated payment method. I am asking them to provide me with a valid and functional withdrawal method that is actually available on my account, or to fix the WebMoney withdrawal option if it is supposed to be available.

My request: Please ask MelBet to investigate the withdrawal restrictions on my account and restore a working withdrawal method so that I can withdraw my available funds.
