Waiting 3 months for face ID approval

Hello, I need your help.

I have been waiting 3 months for face ID approval because after that I can withdraw my funds (725€). I had two successful withdrawals but on third withdrawal Marsbet casino asked me to complete face ID. I did that but after multiple emails and chats with their support - I had same answer that they need more time.

Marsbet makes you wait too long for Face ID verification

I have been waiting for the approval of my faceid document for more than 5 days at Marsbet. In the emails I sent them, they say that the period is not clear, that my account is being reviewed and that I should wait. In my research on the internet, I read that they keep many of their members waiting for months like this. There is no suspicious transaction in my account. I played sports betting and casino. The sports betting I played won by only 1 point. I am also sending you the visuals. The top Turkish league is a major match. And they limited me.
