Tried to withdraw but already waited 3 weeks

I made a withdrawal around 3 weeks ago and they didn't ask me for any documents but they still didn't release my funds. I asked on live chat but didn't get any reasoning. Please can you give me an update and the reasons why you still haven't paid out. Thank you and I appreciate your efforts on this. Please let me know if I need to submit any documents or anything at all. Thank you for your help.

Does not want to pay out

I am formally filing a complaint against Malina Casino regarding my pending withdrawal of 178 USD in USDT. This transaction has been delayed for over two weeks. Customer support has repeatedly informed me that the withdrawal would be processed, but the crypto has not arrived in my destination wallet. Please help resolve this immediately.

Payment still delayed after over 2 months

I still have not received my withdrawal after over 2 months of waiting. I have submitted document after document. Finally they asked for my details to process a manual withdrawal, before saying that the details are incorrect. I have checked them and showed proof that the withdrawal details are correct but they still are not explaining why they haven't paid yet. I have received so many generic we are still checking emails but no clarification on what they are checking. They have the payment details and there is nothing more to check, so no reason for the delay. I would like a resolution to why they are not processing the payment.

Waited a week and withdrawal still not completed

I've been waiting a week already, and my withdrawal has still not been completed.

It says 3-5 days on the site, and no one on live chat has been able to assist me. They just tell me to wait more, but considering it is over 7000 USD, I need to withdraw a maximum of 500 USD at a time. This will take forever if they make me wait over a week each time.

I would like an explanation of why the withdrawal has taken so long, and would like it to be completed now.

They have not asked for any documents from me and say my account doesn't require any verification.

Cannot withdraw after waiting for over 3 weeks and says withdrawals blocked

I've been waiting for my withdrawal for around 3 weeks and still didn't receive it. I asked on live chat and they said I didn't need to verify anything. I checked my account and it says withdrawals blocked, but still didn't show I need to verify or do anything. So I'm not sure why it is taking so long. Can you please process my withdrawal.

Delayed payment issue of 250e

Hello,
I requested a withdrawal on 26th of October of 250 EUR. Today is 4th working day already and I still havent received the money. As per their own terms and conditions they are supposed to pay out within 3 working days. My account is fully verified and I have had succesful withdrawal to the same payment method previously. The deposits I made are wagered multiple times, so that shouldnt also be an issue.

Non payment withdrawal

On July 2nd, I requested a 200€ withdrawal through Jeton. Days later, access to my account was blocked. I contacted the live chat several times without any solution. I later contacted support by email, and on July 31st, the KYC team wrote to me requesting documentation. I sent them all the documentation, but they haven't responded. On August 20th, I emailed the complaints department, but I haven't received a response. Today, I received an automated message stating that my withdrawal had been canceled.
