Non payment withdrawal
On July 2nd, I requested a 200€ withdrawal through Jeton. Days later, access to my account was blocked. I contacted the live chat several times without any solution. I later contacted support by email, and on July 31st, the KYC team wrote to me requesting documentation. I sent them all the documentation, but they haven't responded. On August 20th, I emailed the complaints department, but I haven't received a response. Today, I received an automated message stating that my withdrawal had been canceled.
