Delayed USDT Withdrawals Account Restrictions and Predator Bonus Offers

I am filing this official complaint against LunuBet regarding delayed withdrawals totaling 1,500 USDT and unfair account restrictions placed on my profile.

Disputed Amount (Pending Withdrawals): 1,500 USDT
Date of First Withdrawal Request: August 23, 2026

Case Details:

On August 23, 2026, I submitted three withdrawal requests totaling 1,500 USDT. According to LunuBet's terms and my VIP manager's initial communication, the standard processing timeframe for my VIP level is up to 72 business hours. Counting from Monday, August 24, this 72-hour window has now completely expired, and my funds remain stuck in "pending" status. When I questioned the delay, my VIP manager repeatedly gave vague excuses about "manual processing lines" and "high workload in the Finance team."

Concurrently, the administration placed extreme restrictions on my account, limiting me to just one single bet per match, effectively paralyzing my sports betting activity. LunuBet is intentionally delaying my cryptocurrency withdrawals and restricting my gameplay without any valid regulatory or reason. I request AskGamblers' assistance in forcing LunuBet to clear my 1,500 USDT pending withdrawals immediately and lift the unfair betting restrictions on my remaining balance.

I have attached the complete email transcript with my VIP manager as proof of these stalling tactics and account restrictions. If they do not want lift restriction I have right to withdraw my all my remain balance of 6698 +1500 USD withdraw and no more betting with them according to responsible gambling. Last week they did same hold withdraws and only clear after I lose money if you want I can you give evidence of that too.

Binance dont any charge any fees i can send transcation hash and it was crypto withdraw so what fees?in transcation hash it is very clear you send only 492$ instead of full amount should i share here?
