Account under review and Delayed withdrawal
On May 14th I made a deposit to LunuBet. That same day, I placed a few bets, mostly on football. Most of them were winning. I then submitted a withdrawal request, which was subsequently processed successfully. On May 16th, I wanted to log into my account, but access was blocked (account is under review). I contacted the Help Center and described my inquiry. They told me to wait for a response via email.
I received an email response that read: "After reviewing the information provided by the relevant department, we regret to inform you that your account has been blocked following an administrative decision". I requested to pay me the remaining funds from my account (119,000 CLP).
To which I was told that my request had been forwarded to the appropriate department for consideration.
Since May 16th, I have repeatedly contacted support to review my request for a payout of the remaining on my account balance.
Each time, I received the same response: my request is under review.
Askgamblers, please assist me in resolving the issue of paying out the remaining funds in my account, amounting to 119,000 CLP (133 USD).
