Withdrawal request not processed 491 USD

I am writing to formally complain about Ivibet Casino's failure to process my withdrawal.

I deposited funds into my Ivibet account on two occasions — $201.70 USD (Transaction ID: #19956005) and $198.70 USD (Transaction ID: #19956886), both successfully received by the casino.

Following the decline, I submitted a second withdrawal request for the same amount of $491.73 USD via USDT (TRC20) on 10.06.2026 at 13:37:30 GMT+2 (Transaction ID: #19965371). This request has been sitting in PENDING status for long time with no payment processed and no clear communication from the casino regarding the reason for the delay.

I have met all account requirements, and there are no pending wagering conditions or bonus restrictions that should prevent this withdrawal from being processed. The casino has no justification to decline or indefinitely delay my funds.

I am requesting that AskGamblers mediate this dispute and that Ivibet Casino immediately processes my withdrawal of $491.73 USD to my USDT (TRC20) wallet.

After carefully reviewing our records, we were unfortunately unable to locate any account associated with the e-mail address and information provided in the complaint. Additionally, after reviewing the screenshots initially submitted, it appears that this complaint may relate to another casino operator with a similar name, rather than IvyBet Sportsbook.

Based on the information currently available, we therefore kindly recommend that you contact the correct support team and submit the complaint under the appropriate casino profile in order to ensure proper review and resolution of the matter, as this does not relate to us and because of it are unable to assist further.

We have provided supporting information to the AskGamblers team regarding our findings.

I am submitting this complaint regarding IvyBet withholding my funds despite my full cooperation with their verification process.

Since opening my account, I have deposited a total of $3,388.22 CAD via Interac e-Transfer and cryptocurrency. My current active balance is $3,891.68 CAD, which remains withheld.

Upon request, I completed full KYC and source-of-funds verification, including:

Government-issued identification

Bank statements clearly showing my Interac e-Transfer deposits

Documentation demonstrating the origin of my funds

Proof related to my cryptocurrency deposits, including the wallet used

For clarity, I used two personal bank accounts to deposit via Interac e-Transfer:

My Vancity account

My BMO account

I have attached both bank statements, each clearly showing the Interac e-Transfers made to IvyBet.

I have also attached screenshots of my deposit history from my IvyBet account, which I was able to capture before being locked out.

Additionally, I have included a screenshot of the verification page where IvyBet explicitly rejects my bank statements as proof of payment, despite those statements clearly reflecting the corresponding Interac transactions.

Despite providing this documentation, my account was locked and my balance remains withheld.

IvyBet publicly responded to my review with a generic statement referencing their Terms and Conditions and stating that withdrawals require completed verification. However, verification has already been completed and no clear reason has been provided for the continued withholding of my funds.

At this stage, I am requesting the immediate release of my $3,891.68 CAD balance.

I respectfully request AskGamblers’ assistance in resolving this matter.
