Withdrawal request not processed 491 USD
I am writing to formally complain about Ivibet Casino's failure to process my withdrawal.
I deposited funds into my Ivibet account on two occasions — $201.70 USD (Transaction ID: #19956005) and $198.70 USD (Transaction ID: #19956886), both successfully received by the casino.
Following the decline, I submitted a second withdrawal request for the same amount of $491.73 USD via USDT (TRC20) on 10.06.2026 at 13:37:30 GMT+2 (Transaction ID: #19965371). This request has been sitting in PENDING status for long time with no payment processed and no clear communication from the casino regarding the reason for the delay.
I have met all account requirements, and there are no pending wagering conditions or bonus restrictions that should prevent this withdrawal from being processed. The casino has no justification to decline or indefinitely delay my funds.
I am requesting that AskGamblers mediate this dispute and that Ivibet Casino immediately processes my withdrawal of $491.73 USD to my USDT (TRC20) wallet.
