Unjust Account Closure and Fund Confiscation

My account was closed due to claims of third party deposit. This deposit was made on May 24th 2025, and was pending for many days. I always contacted support about the deposit and they said they were investigating. I think this might be due to me directly withdrawing from my Vbet account to my epic bet wallet, because I tried making a deposit directly from my trust wallet to my epic bet wallet a day later which worked. My account was closed on May 29th 2025. The closure was unjust because the payment was made from my own Vbet account I own and have full control over, I don’t control the wallets the bookmaker uses to process their withdrawals. I initiated the withdrawal and put my epic wallet address there for the money be sent to it. Furthermore, Epicbet confiscated the deposit of $30 which was still pending after their investigation and my account balance of $60+ also. I would like them to release my funds for me and reopen my account if possible.

Thank you for your ongoing assistance.

I’ve reviewed Epicbet’s latest response. While they confirmed that the disputed deposit was returned to the originating wallet (TBYCY­e3j­JPf­7V6­a2F­iLq­P1c­Zod­d8g­bzfVo), I must emphasize that this wallet is not controlled by me. It is a Vbet processor address, used automatically when I requested a withdrawal from my own Vbet account.

As such, I have not received any refund. Epicbet is effectively treating a return to a third-party processor as fulfillment of their obligation — even though I have no way of accessing those funds.

More importantly, they have not addressed the remainder of my Epicbet balance, which was over $60 at the time of account closure. This balance does not relate to the disputed deposit and has been confiscated without any justification.

I respectfully ask that AskGamblers treat this complaint as unresolved unless Epicbet:
• Refunds my full balance to a wallet I control, or
• Provides a valid reason for withholding the remaining funds.

Returning funds to a wallet that I can’t access is not a resolution. I followed all terms as a user, and the handling of this situation has left me without any of my original or earned funds.

We have reviewed the information provided and can confirm that the wallet address cited by you (TBYCY­e3j­JPf­7V6­a2F­iLq­P1c­Zod­d8g­bzfVo) matches the destination to which the deposit was returned. This is consistent with the transaction record previously shared with AskGamblers:

As explained in earlier correspondence, the deposit was intercepted by our payment provider and subsequently returned to its origin due to compliance-related restrictions. The transaction is publicly visible on the blockchain and marked as “Successful.”

We acknowledge the assertion that the transaction was initiated via a third-party platform (Vbet) and understand your frustration regarding the use of intermediary wallets. However, given the regulatory considerations involved, we must strictly adhere to our compliance protocols, which do not permit us to process or accept funds from unidentified or high-risk sources.

At this point, we kindly recommend that you contact Vbet directly. As the original source of the transaction, they are in the best position to trace the returned funds and ensure they are credited appropriately.

From our side, the transaction has been finalized and there are no further actions we can take.

The crypto address from which the disputed deposit was made is:
TBYCYe­3jJ­Pf7­V6a­2Fi­LqP­1cZ­odd­8gbzfVo (TRX).

I’ve attached a screenshot from Tronscan showing a transaction of 110.173008 TRX, which matches the disputed deposit. It was sent on 24th May 2025 at 07:43 AM (UTC) to my Epicbet wallet: TMtu7F­pcz­sf2­7k5­Wme­7Kw­UGX­mAS­cmx­Rmzn.

Additionally, I’ve attached two Excel files:
1. My personal wallet transactions (My_Wa­lle­t_T­NJG­p5D­ito­LL5­SnE­mvD­P1n­mcQ­7tB­Y9x­Vyh.xlsx)
2. My Epicbet TRX wallet history (Epicb­et_­Wal­let­_TM­tu7­Fpc­zsf­27k­5Wm­e7K­wUG­XmA­Scm­xRm­zn.x­lsx)

In the first file, you’ll find a full log of transactions from my personal wallet (TNJG…) from 1st May 2025 to date. I’ve compared those with a full list of Vbet deposits and withdrawals (which I have also attached). I matched each Vbet withdrawal to a transaction in my personal wallet to show that I am the rightful owner of the Vbet account and the funds involved.

The only withdrawal from Vbet that doesn’t appear in my personal wallet is the one made on 24th May 2025 at 07:38 AM — which corresponds exactly to the deposit received in my Epicbet wallet 5 minutes later at 07:43 AM. This was the deposit Epicbet flagged and held.

In the second file (Epicbet wallet history), you’ll see that I’ve used my personal wallet (TNJG…) to fund my Epicbet account several times. This proves I own the account and that I’ve used it consistently and legitimately.

As I’ve stated before:
I have no control over the wallet Vbet uses to process crypto withdrawals.
As shown in the spreadsheet, withdrawals from Vbet always come from different third-party wallets. This is standard practice for many betting sites, and in this case, does not indicate a third-party deposit or violation of any kind.

The transaction was initiated by me, from my own Vbet account, and the funds rightfully belong to me. Epicbet’s decision to block the deposit and confiscate my balance based on the wallet Vbet chose is both unfair and outside my control.

I’ve attached all the evidence I could, please let me know if you need anything else. Oldest transactions at the bottom, deposits are highlighted in green and withdrawals in red in the spreadsheets.
