Casino refuses to pay my funds after forcing me to complete KYC many times

I am writing to report an issue with my account at EPICbet.
Approximate balance / pending withdrawal: more than 6,500 USD
Timeline of events:
1)I registered on the platform and used it normally for several weeks, before my first ever bet i completed KYC and everything was fine(KYC1 completed).
2)I accumulated winnings and requested my first withdrawal. The operator requested KYC documents, which I provided promptly(KYC2). The withdrawal was then processed and paid successfully.
3)I continued playing and later requested a second withdrawal, which was also processed without issues.
A few days later, EPICbet requested me to complete KYC verification again (KYC3).
I submitted the required documents.
Since then, more than a week has passed without any response or update from the operator regarding the status of the verification or my account. My account appears to have been closed and I have not received any explanation about how to get my funds.
I have made multiple attempts to contact their support team, but the issue remains unresolved.
I would appreciate it if AskGamblers could help mediate this matter and request a clear explanation and resolution from EPICbet.
