Casino refuses to pay my funds after forcing me to complete KYC many times

Hello,
I am writing to report an issue with my account at EPICbet.

Approximate balance / pending withdrawal: more than 6,500 USD

Timeline of events:

1)I registered on the platform and used it normally for several weeks, before my first ever bet i completed KYC and everything was fine(KYC1 completed).

2)I accumulated winnings and requested my first withdrawal. The operator requested KYC documents, which I provided promptly(KYC2). The withdrawal was then processed and paid successfully.

3)I continued playing and later requested a second withdrawal, which was also processed without issues.
A few days later, EPICbet requested me to complete KYC verification again (KYC3).
I submitted the required documents.

Since then, more than a week has passed without any response or update from the operator regarding the status of the verification or my account. My account appears to have been closed and I have not received any explanation about how to get my funds.
I have made multiple attempts to contact their support team, but the issue remains unresolved.
I would appreciate it if AskGamblers could help mediate this matter and request a clear explanation and resolution from EPICbet.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Epicbet Sportsbook management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I expect that all videos I submitted are shared and reviewed in full. Relying on only selected parts or a single video for your interests would be a clear misrepresentation of the evidence and cannot be accepted.

I fully deny the allegation that I exploited live betting latency or off-market odds.

All bets I placed were made manually and in good faith using the odds available on your platform at the time. I did not use any tools, software, or external data sources, nor was I comparing your odds against other bookmakers.

If there were any delays or discrepancies in your live pricing, that is entirely outside of my control as a customer. I simply placed bets based on what was presented to me.

I would ask that you provide specific examples of the bets you believe demonstrate this behaviour so I can review them. Otherwise, I request that this matter be reconsidered and resolved fairly.

I also give my full consent for you to share my KYC video and any relevant account information with AskGamblers so they can independently review the case and assist in reaching a fair decision.
