Withdrawal and blocked account

DBBet blocked my account after my first withdrawal request
I would like to report a serious issue with DBBet.
I made a deposit of 42,000 FCFA via Orange Money on 25 May 2026 and received the first deposit bonus offered by the website. After playing in accordance with the terms and conditions, my balance reached approximately 80,000 FCFA.
On 26 May 2026, I submitted my very first withdrawal request. The next day, on 27 May 2026, my account became inaccessible.
DBBet's Security Team informed me that my account was under review for 72 hours. However, that deadline passed a long time ago. As of today, my account remains blocked, I cannot access my funds, and my emails are no longer being answered.
My account ID is 1680337121.
I am simply requesting:
- Restoration of access to my account;
- An official explanation for the restriction;
- Payment of my funds, approximately 80,000 FCFA.
I hope DBBet will resolve this matter promptly.
