My User ID is 1608395741.I have waited 50 days without receiving my funds. When I contacted support to follow up, they ignored my request and blocked my access to the live chat. I am using the email: ahmeem­ost­afa­2@g­mai­l.com and the wallet number 01283494456.I request your intervention to help me recover my money from this operator

Instead of providing a solution or addressing my financial claim, the representative (Serena) threatened to block me from the chat entirely, claiming my inquiries constitute "spam." Immediately after issuing this threat, she abruptly ended the conversation and left the chat without my consent.This behavior clearly demonstrates that the casino is avoiding accountability, refusing to resolve the financial dispute, and attempting to silence me by threatening a complete account block.I have attached the full screenshot of this latest interaction as undeniable proof of their unprofessional conduct and evasion. I kindly request your intervention to hold them accountable and ensure my funds are safely returned.Thank you for your continuous support.Sincerely,
