Delayed withdrawal for over a week.

I have 2 pending wds; the other is done 24.8, amount 800e other 28.8 800e.

They promise to handle wds in 3 business days. Other has been pending for 6-7 Business days. The other 4 Business days.

Screenshots attached about the withdrawals. Visited chat many times and contacted the VIP department.

Withdraw cancelled after 10 days of waiting without reason

Hello, I opened an Account with this company and this is my second deposit, my account has 0 problems. I withdrawal 414 Euro at 26.10.2025. In their terms they write exactly that they process the withdrawal in 1-3 days. I waited 10 days.

Everyday the tell me the samething, just wait wait wait. Without any reason. I sent more than 8 Emails and nothing helps.

Then today i open my account i see that they cancelled my withdrawal without any reason. When I contact the support ( which is the only way to contact them) they told me oh we dont have contact with the financial department and just try again. Always automatic Answers and I think they are Bots. Sorry but this is 100% scam.

I attached all the proofs .
