Account closed and withdrawal delay

My account was closed due to an administrative decision. I don't know the exact reason, but probably it was due to winning bets and thus getting limited. Anyway, I got asked to send my details for kyc verification through email, which would then be looked at by the relevant department to proceed with the manual withdrawal of the funds on my account. Nevertheless, 3 weeks have passed, and I still have not received an answer. All I get as an answer when I send emails are that they're sorry for the delay and that the department is looking into it.
