Incorrect settling of bet

I placed football bet on the real Madrid Vs osasuna game that was played some days ago for osasuna to have the most tackles (total tackles not won tackles) at the end of the game they did , but my bet was settled as lost after complaining I was told they only count tackles won , but they never stated or indicated anywhere that only counted tackles won , after many back and forth I accept their explanation , only to find out I won bet with tackle won as the stats were later updates in available sources I could find , from common Google search ( sourced from opta) flashscore and sofascore but the keep insisting on internal source stats which was wrong
