Waited over 2 weeks and being told to just wait

I have waited 2 weeks and still have not received anything. I keep being told the same thing over and over that my funds are safe and nothing to worry about.

First, I tried 3x withdrawals of 5000kr NOK each. Waited a week and still nothing. I asked support what was wrong and they said to change my withdrawal from bank transfer to something else due to technical issues. I did that, I canceled all 3 withdrawals and made 3 new ones of the same, 5000kr NOK with litecoin as my option. Now I have waited in total 3 weeks since I first tried my first withdrawal. 2 weeks with my crypto withdrawals.

Keeps cancelling my withdrawal without any explanation

I would like to file a complaint regarding repeated issues with my withdrawal requests.

My first withdrawal request was submitted on June 25 at 7:00 PM. Instead of processing it, the casino cancelled the withdrawal on June 29 at 7:00 PM. When I contacted customer support, they falsely claimed that I had cancelled the withdrawal myself. I did not cancel the withdrawal at any point.

I submitted a second withdrawal request on June 26 at 11:49 AM. This withdrawal was also cancelled without any explanation. The cancellation occurred today at exactly 11:49 AM, the same time the withdrawal had originally been requested.

The casino has not provided any valid reason for cancelling either withdrawal. Instead, they simply cancel the requests and force me to submit new ones.

I would also like to point out that there are no pending verification requests on my account. My account does not show any outstanding documents or verification requirements that would justify these repeated cancellations. I have attached a screenshot showing that there are no active verification requests.

This creates another serious problem. Every time they cancel my withdrawal, the withdrawal processing period starts over, meaning I am forced to wait another 3–5 business days. Because of these repeated cancellations, my withdrawal is effectively delayed indefinitely through no fault of my own.

I have contacted the casino several times and requested a clear explanation, but I have not received one. Instead, I was incorrectly accused of cancelling my own withdrawal.

I believe this practice is unfair and unacceptable. I respectfully ask you to investigate this matter and assist me in ensuring that my withdrawal is processed without any further unnecessary cancellations or delays.
