Delayed withdrawal

Hello,

I requested a withdrawal from my verified Betovo account on 19 August 2025. It has now been 4 days, and I still have not received my funds.

My account is fully verified, yet the support team only gives me generic responses such as “your request has been escalated” and “there are many withdrawal requests.” They refuse to provide a clear timeframe for when my withdrawal will be processed.

This is unacceptable, as Betovo’s own terms state that withdrawals should take 1–3 business days. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that my funds are paid out without any further delay.

Delayed payment from Betovo

I made a deposit of €100 to Betovo on 18.9 and claimed their 100% welcome bonus for sports. I completed the wagering requirements and requested a withdrawal of €600 on 20.9, but it still has not been processed. Betovo promises to handle withdrawals within 72 hours.

I have verified my account multiple times, both through their automated system and by sending the required documents to customer support. As you can see from the chat transcript, my account is fully verified. When I contacted customer service, they only apologized for the delay and sent me the same generic response I have seen reported in other Betovo cases.

I find this behaviour unacceptable. I also successfully wagered their second sports bonus and have additional withdrawals pending, but I am concerned this delay is their standard practice. Please support me, AskGamblers.
